Pre-Loved Market announced plans for a Joondalup event in October 2025, but its reported date is unresolved: PerthNow said 5 October, while the City of Joondalup listed 19 October. Neither source confirms whether the event went ahead or whether it will return, so there is no verified upcoming Joondalup date.
What was announced for Joondalup?
In a report published on 25 September 2025, PerthNow described Pre-Loved Market’s planned northern-suburbs debut in Joondalup. The market had launched in 2022 and was established in Fremantle and Subiaco, according to the report. It said the planned event was free and would run from 11am to 3pm at Central Walk and Reid Promenade. PerthNow’s report gave the date as Sunday 5 October 2025.
The City of Joondalup’s event roundup, also published on 25 September 2025, listed “Pre Loved Market” for Sunday 19 October, 11am to 3pm, at Central Walk, with a road closure on Reid Promenade. The two published dates conflict, and neither source explains why. The City’s roundup does not resolve which date was intended.
What stalls were expected?
PerthNow reported that more than 60 stalls were planned, spanning curated fashion sellers, vintage collectors and makers, alongside six food vendors. Those were announced plans, not a verified post-event count or account of what ultimately appeared.

Why was Joondalup chosen?
PerthNow attributed the expansion rationale to market owner and director Laura Park. She said the event could give Joondalup-based sellers access to a new audience and an opportunity to showcase their work, including sellers who might not have been able to join the Fremantle or Subiaco events. The report described the event as a collaboration with the City of Joondalup and its Uptown marketing brand.
Park also said the organisers would love to make Joondalup a permanent fixture in the calendar if the debut was well received. That was an expressed hope, not confirmation of a recurring market. PerthNow described attendance at the Fremantle and Subiaco markets as “thousands of visitors each season,” without giving a precise figure.

Is there a confirmed future Joondalup market?
The available reports establish that an event was announced, but they do not establish whether it took place, what its outcome was, or whether another Joondalup date has been set. The 2025 announcement should not be treated as a current event listing. Check for a fresh notice from Pre-Loved Market or the City of Joondalup before making plans.
