Release date
Blooming Waters Premium Collection released in the United States on February 7, 2025, according to ICv2’s retailer calendar. That date is historical; it does not indicate that the box is currently in stock.
Cards and contents
The reported contents are:
- 1 foil Venusaur ex
- 1 foil Blastoise ex
- 1 foil Bulbasaur
- 1 foil Squirtle
- 1 oversized foil Blastoise ex
- 12 Pokémon TCG booster packs
- 1 Pokémon TCG Live code card
The product list was reported by PokeGuardian and is also reflected in a Ship TCG listing. A secondary reference describes the regular-size cards as reprints from Scarlet & Violet—151 and the jumbo Blastoise ex as product-exclusive; that distinction is not established by a collection-specific official checklist. SNKRDUNK Magazine provides that secondary characterization.
The oversized Blastoise ex is not standard card size. If you want to protect or display it, check the dimensions of any jumbo sleeve or holder before buying; ordinary card sleeves will not fit an oversized card.

Price and MSRP
PokeGuardian reported a U.S. MSRP of $59.99 when the price was announced in 2025. Treat that as a historical reference, not a current retail price or a guarantee of what a seller should charge.
One Ship TCG listing showed $209.10 and sold out when it was indexed about two weeks before October 8, 2026. That is a single seller’s listing observation, not a current market average. The available evidence does not establish a market-wide price, print run, pull rate, or scarcity figure.

Where to buy
Check Pokémon Center and stores that sell Pokémon TCG products, then verify inventory directly. Pokémon’s general availability guidance points buyers to these channels, but does not confirm Blooming Waters is in stock or that this specific collection is being reprinted. Its March 27, 2025 update said reprinted products were expected to reach participating retailers as soon as possible; it did not promise a Blooming Waters restock. See Pokémon’s availability update.
