The names refer to different things: Pearl Abyss was the former owner; CCP Games was the company’s former name; Fenris Creations is its current name; and EVE Online is the game it develops. What is known about the sale price and terms?
The official announcements cited here do not disclose the transaction price, detailed structure, or any retained rights or obligations.
