Parag Parikh Flexi Cap Fund fully exited The Great Eastern Shipping Company in September 2026, made no new stock additions, and increased its DLF holding by 390.64 lakh shares, according to Mint’s 8 October 2026 report on the fund’s monthly portfolio disclosure. The DLF change is a share-count increase—not a disclosed change in portfolio weight or a statement of the managers’ reasoning.
What changed in the September portfolio?
Mint reports three headline changes: one existing stock holding was fully exited, no stocks were newly added, and quantities increased in 13 existing positions. It also reports no reductions in the share quantity of any stock. These are reported portfolio movements; they do not establish why the managers traded.

The Great Eastern Shipping Company was fully exited
The fund’s August holding was 12.74 lakh shares, reported by Mint as 0.11% of AUM. The holding fell to zero in September, making this a full exit from that company—not a partial reduction. The 0.11% figure refers to the August holding’s share of AUM, not the number of shares sold or a September portfolio weight. Mint’s 8 October 2026 report attributes the figures to the PPFCF Monthly Portfolio Report.
No new stock entries were reported
Mint says the fund made no new stock additions in September. This describes stock entries in the reported portfolio, not every possible change to the fund’s investments or exposure.

How much did the fund add to DLF?
DLF was the largest increase by added share quantity among the 13 positions Mint says grew. The holding rose from 137.10 lakh shares in August to 527.73 lakh in September—an increase of 390.64 lakh shares, as reported by Mint. The figures are share quantities; they do not show how much the holding’s portfolio weight changed. A holding’s weight can move differently from its share count as prices and the fund’s net assets change.
The remaining 12 reported increases were:
- Petronet LNG: 69.85 lakh additional shares
- Indus Towers: 62.80 lakh
- Indraprastha Gas: 62.67 lakh

All change figures above are reported by Mint’s coverage of the September monthly report. They are additions to existing holdings, not portfolio weights.

What were the fund’s AUM and returns?
Mint reported September 2026 AUM of ₹1,45,070 crore, compared with ₹1,47,405 crore in August 2026. AUM is the value of assets managed by the fund; it is not an investor’s return. Mint also reported these returns as of 30 September 2026:

What should investors take from the changes?
- The clearest reported trade was a larger DLF share count. The September increase was 390.64 lakh shares, the biggest by quantity among the reported additions.
- The portfolio report describes activity, not its rationale. No attributable statement from a fund manager explaining the exit or the DLF increase was reported in the reviewed coverage. Do not treat the holdings changes as a forecast or as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold either stock.
- Share count, portfolio weight, AUM, and return are different measures. The reported additions are share quantities; Great Eastern Shipping’s 0.11% is its August weight as a share of AUM; AUM is a fund-level asset total; and returns describe performance over specified periods.
- Use the official scheme documents for verification. PPFAS Mutual Fund’s factsheet archive lists a September 2026 factsheet and detailed portfolio disclosure. Its portfolio disclosure archive provides monthly scheme portfolio reports. Mint’s figures should be read as secondary reporting; the detailed September spreadsheet is the appropriate official record to consult for holdings.
The scheme information document describes the fund’s objective as long-term capital growth through an actively managed portfolio primarily of equity and equity-related securities. That description is not a guarantee of returns; consult the current scheme documents and consider your own circumstances before making an investment decision. PPFAS’s document archive provides scheme documents.
