OSSC had released the LTR Teachers-2024 Mains admission letters by May 12, 2025, according to Scroll’s report. The reported release covered Hindi, Sanskrit, Telugu and Urdu Teacher candidates; it is a historical update, not a notice that a new admit card is available in 2026.
Who the reported LTR Mains admit-card release covered
Scroll reported that candidates for Hindi, Sanskrit, Telugu and Urdu Teacher posts could access admission letters for the Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) LTR Teachers-2024 Main Written Examination. The report also described a separate timetable for Physical Education Teacher (PET) candidates.
Scroll said the recruitment drive involved 7,540 teaching posts across Odisha, including 2,487 vacancies reserved for female candidates. Those figures are attributed to Scroll’s 2025 report; the original OSSC release notice was not available to confirm them independently. Read Scroll’s report.
How candidates were told to download the 2025 admission letter
- Go to the official OSSC website.
- Under “What’s New,” look for the admission link beside “Download the Admission letter of Main written of LTR Teachers-2024.”
- Open the link and sign in with the username and password described in Scroll’s report.
- View and download the admission letter. Check that it is for the correct post and examination, and compare its printed particulars with your application records.
- Save a digital copy. Scroll advised candidates to take a printout, but the available information does not establish that OSSC required a printed copy.
Is the old LTR Teachers-2024 link still available?
The OSSC homepage retrieved in October 2026 features later recruitment notices and a generic “Download Admit Card” form. That form asks for post selection, date of birth, one of a registered mobile number, username or registration number, and a captcha. Its presence does not confirm that the 2025 LTR Teachers-2024 admission letter remains downloadable.

If you are checking for a current examination, use the official site and follow the live notice and post-specific instructions. Do not assume the generic form is a substitute for a missing LTR-specific link or rely on third-party download pages.
What to do if the link is missing or login fails
Use the contact information on OSSC’s current official site for help: technical assistance at 0674-2394466 or administrative assistance at 0674-2393770. The site lists administrative assistance hours as 10 AM to 5:30 PM on official days. Confirm the current contact details and hours on OSSC’s site before calling.

It separately reported May 22, 2025, for the Physical Education Teacher examination, with that post’s admit card expected to be released May 18. These are historical dates attributed to Scroll, not current exam dates.
