What was announced about the CTSRE-2023 admit card?
Scroll.in reported that OSSC had released the preliminary admit card for the Combined Technical Services Recruitment Examination-2023 (CTSRE-2023) on January 15, 2025. The report identified the recruitment as Advertisement No. 4812/OSSC, dated December 8, 2023. The release date and exam particulars below are attributed to Scroll’s report; an archived OSSC release notice was not available to independently verify them.
The report listed the preliminary exam for January 19, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., in OMR mode. It described a paper of 150 questions for 150 marks, with 0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer. These are historical details, not a current exam schedule. How to check the official OSSC portal now
The old direct link in the announcement currently redirects to the OSSC portal. Its generic admit-card form does not establish that a CTSRE-2023 admit card remains downloadable. Use the portal’s current notices to see whether a relevant link or update is posted.

- Open the official OSSC website.
- Check the current notices for CTSRE-2023 or the relevant recruitment update.
- If the official admit-card form offers the relevant post, select it and enter your date of birth, one requested identifier (registered mobile number, username, or registration number), and the captcha.
- Submit the form only on the official OSSC site. If the card is available, check the displayed details and download it.
- Save or print a copy for reference if needed; the portal information does not establish that printing is mandatory.
If the post is not listed or the form does not return a card, the current portal does not confirm availability. Do not treat an old article link as proof that the card can still be accessed.
