The WAPC’s current project description includes 73 apartments, a restaurant, a café, a small liquor store and associated parking. That mix means the development is planned as more than a residential building: its ground-floor commercial uses are part of the approved project description.
There is a difference in the reported apartment count. PerthNow’s March 2025 report described 75 apartments, while the current WAPC listing and project-participant sources describe 73 residences. What approvals and changes have been recorded?
The WAPC records approval on 24 November 2022. Its listing also records approved modifications on 19 February 2024 and 12 June 2026. The later modification summary refers to landscaping, public-realm areas, ground-floor glazing, the southern façade, and conditions and advice notes. These entries show changes to an approved proposal; they do not by themselves establish that construction is complete or that a handover date is fixed.
PerthNow reported that the City of Joondalup opposed the application in 2022 and that 464 public submissions were received, with 46.3% raising objections. When did construction begin, and how far has it progressed?
PerthNow reported that construction officially began in March 2025 and identified PACT Construction as the selected builder. PACT subsequently announced a topping-out milestone, saying the building had reached full height. What is the expected completion date?
Verto Projects says construction is underway and completion is anticipated in late 2026. Megara’s current listing also identifies the project as under construction. Late 2026 is therefore a published expectation, not confirmation that the building will be finished, approved for occupation or handed to buyers by a particular date.
