Contemporaneous reporting described selecting the PGT announcement for Advertisement No. 25 of 2023-24, signing in with candidate login details, downloading the certificate and printing it. These steps describe the reported process at the time; they do not confirm that a historical direct link still works. Moneycontrol’s September 9, 2024 report contains the historical guidance: OPSC PGT admit card access steps.
If the candidate service does not show the 2024 certificate, do not rely on an old third-party “direct link” as proof that the file is still available. Use OPSC’s official site for current service navigation.
