The current OPSC website has a general “Download Admission Certificate” section, but the historical 2024 download link could not be verified as active. Start at opsc.gov.in; do not assume an old or third-party link still works.
What OPSC confirmed about the 2024 admit card
The Commission’s notice listing names “Odisha Civil Services 2024 (Advt. No. 07 of 2024-25)” and provides “Download Admission Certificate & Instructions for Preliminary Written Examination.” The listing surfaced with a date of 4 October 2025. This confirms that OPSC published a notice for the 2024 cycle; it does not establish that the certificate can still be downloaded.

OPSC calls the document an “Admission Certificate.” Candidates may also search for it as an admit card or hall ticket.
Where to check for the OPSC OCS Prelims 2024 download
- Open the official OPSC website.
- Look for “Download Admission Certificate” in Candidate’s Corner and check whether the Odisha Civil Services 2024 notice is available.
- Use only a notice or download link hosted or confirmed by OPSC. The current homepage shows the general section, but its visible notices are from 2026 and do not include the 2024 notice.
The historical notice page did not expose a verifiable 2024 download target. The exact download steps, any required credentials, and whether the old link remains active are therefore not confirmed. No direct historical download link can be provided reliably.

What is not established about the old certificate
The available official materials do not establish the 2024 preliminary exam date or session, the details printed on an individual certificate, or the applicable exam-day instructions. Check the certificate and its accompanying OPSC instructions if you can access them; do not rely on dates, reporting times, identity-document requirements, or other rules copied from an unofficial repost.
