Nintendo’s Canadian Black Friday offers reported in 2023 included a $449.99 Switch OLED bundle with Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, a separate Super Mario Party bundle, and discounts on selected physical Switch games. These were dated offers—not current prices or proof of present availability.
What the 2023 Canadian Switch promotion included
MobileSyrup reported the offers on November 6, 2023. The dates and Canadian-dollar prices below belong to that promotion; retailer participation and stock could vary.
Switch OLED with Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
The main bundle was reported at $449.99 and scheduled to launch November 19, 2023. It included a Nintendo Switch OLED system, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate (then regularly $79.99) and three months of Nintendo Switch Online Individual (then regularly $9.99), with those items included at no additional cost. The Joy-Con featured the Smash Bros. logo.
Super Mario Party and Joy-Con bundle
A separate bundle was reported to start November 10, 2023, at $129.99, described as $50 in savings. It paired the 2018 Super Mario Party with red and blue Joy-Con. It was not a bundle for Mario Party Superstars.

How to interpret these prices today
The listed sale prices are historical deal terms, not a guide to what a Canadian retailer charges now. Nintendo Canada’s retail-offers page lists later offers and bundles, with availability and participating-retailer terms subject to change; it does not establish that the 2023 Smash Bros. bundle is still available. Nintendo’s 2025 holiday announcement covered a different season and is not a 2026 deal calendar.
If you are shopping now, check the retailer’s current price, stock, bundle contents, and edition before comparing it with these historical figures. A past discount does not guarantee the same price or bundle today.
