If your Nike promo code isn’t applying, first re-enter it exactly as issued and check its expiration date and offer terms. A valid code may still exclude items in your bag. Why your Nike promo code may not work
The code was mistyped or expired
Re-enter the code carefully, checking for missing characters, extra spaces, or confusion between similar-looking letters and numbers. Confirm that the offer is still within its stated validity period. Nike identifies incorrect entry and expiration as the first things to check.
Your items do not qualify
A code can be valid but not apply to every product. Read the terms attached to that specific offer and check which items are eligible, along with any stated minimum purchase, maximum discount, single-use condition, or limits on who can use it. Nike notes that items in the bag may be excluded even when the code was entered correctly and remains valid.

If you suspect an item is excluded, remove it temporarily or try the code with merchandise you believe qualifies. This can help isolate the issue, but it cannot establish eligibility without the offer’s terms.
The offer has restrictions that vary by market
Promo rules are not universal. Nike’s UK/EU promo-code terms, for example, cover specified European markets and include restrictions on applying codes to previous orders, combining them with other promotions, and buying Nike gift cards; they also list product exclusions. These are examples of regional terms, not rules to assume for every country or offer. Use the local Nike site and the terms for your own code.

If the code applies but the order will not complete
An unapplied discount and a failed order are different problems. If the code is visible in the total but checkout still errors, verify your billing and shipping information, confirm Nike can deliver to the address, check your payment details, and make sure the item has not sold out. Nike lists incomplete address or payment details, shipping-address limitations, unavailable stock, and an ineligible item in the bag among possible order issues. Fix Nike.com or Nike App checkout issues
For Nike.com
- Sign out of all Nike platforms.
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
- Wait 30–45 minutes, as Nike recommends in its US order-error guidance.
- Sign back in and try again.
For the Nike App
Force-quit the app, then follow Nike’s device-specific instructions: clear relevant Safari data on iOS or clear the Nike App’s cache on Android. The exact settings path depends on your device and operating-system version, so use the steps on Nike’s order-error support page.

When to contact Nike
If the code’s terms appear to match your cart and checkout still will not accept it, contact Nike Support with the code, a description of the items, and the error message. Nike’s US support page lists chat and telephone help and states that Products & Orders support is available 4 am–11 pm PT, seven days a week. Support hours can change; confirm current availability on Nike’s page.

Check the offer’s terms before completing your cart, and confirm the discount appears in the order total before placing the order. Nike says membership can provide updates about exclusive codes and sales, but that does not mean a particular member has an active offer or that a code applies to a particular purchase.
