Is the NHB 2023 recruitment application still open?
No. NHB scheduled online applications and fee payment from 28 September through 18 October 2023. The eligibility cutoff was 1 September 2023. Those dates are historical, so candidates cannot apply under this notice now. NHB’s recruitment page later carried notices and results for the 2023–24 process.

Eligibility depended on the specific post, and the notice assessed it as of 1 September 2023. Candidates were responsible for checking the role-specific criteria and required supporting documents rather than applying a single rule to every job. An interview call letter did not amount to final eligibility clearance: NHB reserved the right to verify original documents and cancel a candidature if the criteria were not met.
