NGL Fine-Chem Limited’s latest half-year results supported by the available filings as of October 13, 2026, are for H1 FY26—the six months ended September 30, 2025—not FY27. The board approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated results on November 12, 2025. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations rose 21.82% year over year to ₹224.44 crore and EBITDA increased 34.54% to ₹28.13 crore, while profit after tax (PAT) edged down to ₹18.87 crore from ₹19.03 crore.

The company archive displayed a FY27 Q2 section, but its results links were not populated; the exchange-filings index checked on October 13, 2026 showed Q1 FY27 reporting and Q2 procedural notices, not a Q2 results filing. These H1 FY26 figures should therefore not be presented as newly published FY27 results. NGL Fine-Chem financial archive · NSE financial-results filings index

Consolidated measure H1 FY26 H1 FY25 Year-over-year change
Revenue from operations ₹224.44 crore (₹22,444.37 lakh) ₹184.24 crore (₹18,423.74 lakh) Up 21.82%
EBITDA ₹28.13 crore ₹20.91 crore Up 34.54%
Profit after tax (PAT) ₹18.87 crore ₹19.03 crore Down ₹0.16 crore

The headline is mixed: sales and EBITDA grew faster than revenue, but PAT was slightly lower. The company’s November 18, 2025 earnings-call transcript reports these figures and characterizes EBITDA growth as 34.54%. NGL Fine-Chem investor materials

What Q2 FY26 contributed

Q2 FY26 means the quarter from July through September 2025. These figures are for that quarter alone, not the six-month H1 total.

Consolidated measure Q2 FY26 Q2 FY25
Revenue from operations ₹120.26 crore Not stated in the cited earnings-call transcript
EBITDA ₹17.16 crore Not stated in the cited earnings-call transcript
EBITDA margin 14.27% 10.54%
PAT ₹9.63 crore ₹9.81 crore

For the quarter, the reported margin was higher than in Q2 FY25, while PAT was ₹0.18 crore lower. Do not add these quarter numbers to the H1 comparison as though they were separate periods: Q2 is included in H1.

Standalone and consolidated results are different views

NGL Fine-Chem’s board approved both standalone and consolidated unaudited results for the half year and quarter ended September 30, 2025. The figures above are consolidated, which present the reporting group as a whole; standalone results relate to the company itself. Use the basis shown in the filing when comparing numbers, and do not compare a consolidated figure with a standalone figure as if they were like-for-like. The cited transcript’s headline figures are consolidated; consult the relevant statements in the NSE filing for the standalone view.

What management said about demand

On the November 18, 2025 call, Managing Director Rahul Nachane said demand was improving across markets, particularly India and Asia. He cautioned that it was too early to conclude NGL Fine-Chem had gained market share: in his account, the increase appeared to reflect broader demand improvement, and more quarters would be needed to establish whether the recovery was sustained. Management also said some production had been outsourced to meet demand. These are management’s explanations and assessments, not independent evidence of market growth or market-share change. What the results establish—and what they do not

  • Revenue and EBITDA increased year over year on a consolidated basis, while PAT slipped slightly.
  • The available transcript does not provide a standalone causal reconciliation for why PAT declined while revenue and EBITDA rose. The figures alone do not establish the reason.
  • Management’s comments point to improving demand and outsourced production, but do not prove that stronger demand will continue or that the company gained share.
  • As of October 13, 2026, the available archive and exchange-index view did not establish a published FY27 Q2 results filing. Check the company archive or exchange filings for a later update rather than treating H1 FY26 as the latest fiscal year’s half-year results.

The company’s November 18, 2025 transcript includes forward-looking statements and cautions that they should be considered alongside its risks and uncertainties. Its comments about expected future demand or other future developments should be read as statements made at that time, not as confirmation of subsequent outcomes. NGL Fine-Chem investor materials
