NewFrog’s own June 2019 email announced that Newfrog.com was changing to Cesdeals.com. That makes CESDeals the successor storefront in the retailer’s announcement, but it does not establish current legal ownership or whether newfrog.com still operates. The available NewFrog customer reviews are also mostly historical, so they are not a reliable measure of CESDeals’ service today. Before paying, check the exact product, delivery quote, return terms and shipping-insurance conditions for your order.
Is NewFrog the same store as CESDeals?
Newfrog.com announced the change directly in a promotional email dated June 16, 2019: “Newfrog.com is changed to Cesdeals.com Now!” The email said account points and order details could be found in a Cesdeals account. This is evidence that CESDeals was presented as NewFrog’s successor storefront, but it does not establish the companies’ current legal ownership or prove that the old domain currently redirects or sells goods. The archived email is the retailer’s stated transition notice.
CESDeals now publishes retail policies and describes a broad catalog. Trustpilot also carries company information describing NewFrog as an online retailer, but that platform-carried description is not independent verification of current inventory or fulfillment promises. If you are considering an offer presented as NewFrog, verify the seller name and domain shown at checkout rather than assuming the historic brand name guarantees the current seller’s identity.
What do NewFrog customer reviews show?
In 2026, Trustpilot’s Newfrog profile displayed a 3.2 average from 1,048 reviews and said there had been no reviews in the preceding 12 months. Trustpilot says it does not fact-check individual review claims; the profile also says the company had not invited customers to leave reviews. The posts are mixed. Some reviewers describe orders arriving successfully, including one August 2019 account of an order arriving in 11 days in good condition. Other reviewers report delays, non-delivery, defective goods, slow responses or disputes about refunds. Those are individual customer accounts, not independently established company-wide findings. The profile’s inactivity over the prior 12 months also means it offers little evidence about recent service.
How long does CESDeals shipping take?
CESDeals’ delivery page estimates normal shipping at 10–20 working days. It says processing typically takes one to two days and dispatch normally occurs within 72 hours; the stated delivery periods exclude weekends and holidays. These are company-published estimates, not independently tested delivery results. The page warns that shipments may take longer and still contains a notice about a Canada Post strike in late 2024, so do not treat every detail as a current guarantee. Check CESDeals’ delivery policy and the quote for your destination at checkout.

Shipping charges and free-shipping thresholds depend on destination and the terms shown by the seller. What is CESDeals’ return policy?
CESDeals’ FAQ says eligible goods that are unsatisfactory may be returned within 30 days after receipt for a full refund once the returned package arrives. The company says it does not refund the original shipping fee and that customers pay return postage. Returns must be in resalable condition with original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, accessories and documents. Read the CESDeals FAQ and confirm that the exact item is eligible before ordering.

The FAQ also identifies restrictions: discounted or end-of-line items are listed as repair-only, and certain categories cannot be returned or exchanged.
