NEET-MDS 2025 registration is closed, and the exam took place on 19 April 2025. The regular application window ran from 18 February to 10 March 2025. NBEMS later opened a narrowly limited 3–6 April window for candidates whose internships ended within an extended eligibility period; it was not a general reopening. For the relevant current exam year, use the official NBEMS NEET-MDS page to check the bulletin, notices, application links and results.
NEET-MDS 2025 dates
| Application period | Who it covered | Exam date |
|---|---|---|
| 18 February 2025 at 3:00 p.m. through 10 March 2025 at 11:55 p.m. (NBEMS notice dated 17 February 2025) | Regular application window | 19 April 2025 |
| 3–6 April 2025 (NBEMS notice dated 29 March 2025) | Limited additional window for candidates completing their internship from 1 April through 30 June 2025 | 19 April 2025; the exam date did not change |
NBEMS had extended the internship-completion deadline to 30 June 2025 before opening the April window. That exception applied to candidates meeting the stated internship timing; it did not give all applicants another chance to register. The original notice planned results by 19 May 2025, but that date in the notice is not proof of when results were actually declared.

Where to check the current NEET-MDS cycle
Go to the official NBEMS NEET-MDS page and select the relevant exam year. NBEMS provides year-specific information bulletins, application links, submission guidance, notices and results there. The page can change as new cycles are published, so check the live year and notice rather than relying on an expired 2025 application link.
Important 2025 application-fee rule
NBEMS’s NEET-MDS 2025 Information Bulletin stated: “Fee shall neither be carried forward to a future exam nor refunded under any circumstances. Application once submitted can not be withdrawn.” This is guidance from the 2025 bulletin; consult the applicable bulletin for the rules of another exam cycle.
