For this past exam cycle, the official download portal was exams.nta.ac.in/NCHM/; candidates needed their application number and date of birth. The 2025 exam date has passed, so these instructions are an archive reference—not current-cycle guidance.
Where candidates downloaded the NCHM JEE 2025 admit card
NTA directed candidates to download the card from the official NCHM JEE portal using their application number and date of birth. The release notice, dated 22 April 2025, was for NCHMJEE-2025, the entrance examination for admission to the B.Sc. (Hospitality & Hotel Administration) course at NCHM&CT-affiliated Institutes of Hotel Management for academic year 2025–26.
The notice was signed by Rajesh Kumar, IRS, Director (Exam), NTA. It stated that candidates could download their admit cards from the NTA website using those credentials. The card was not sent by post.
What the notice said about the admit card
NTA described the card as provisional and subject to fulfillment of eligibility conditions. Its issue did not itself confirm that a candidate’s eligibility had been accepted; eligibility was to be scrutinized later. Candidates were advised to keep a copy of the card in good condition for future reference.

What to do if the 2025 card could not be downloaded
The 2025 notice advised candidates who could not download the admit card to contact the NTA Helpdesk at 011-40759000 or email [email protected]. Those contacts are from the 2025 notice and should not be assumed to apply to another exam cycle. For current-cycle help, follow the contact instructions in that cycle’s official notice.

The 2025 information bulletin described the examination as a computer-based test lasting 180 minutes (three hours), scheduled for 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, 27 April 2025. These are historical details, not a schedule for a later examination.
NTA’s NCHM JEE public-notice archive lists materials for the 2026 cycle, including an admit-card notice. Candidates seeking a current card should use the notice for their own cycle and confirm its portal, dates, login requirements, and helpdesk details rather than relying on the 2025 instructions.
