National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) reported that it credited the FY2025 final cash dividend of PKR 35 per share on April 24, 2026. The payment date has passed. The “350%” label refers to Rs. 35 on a Rs. 10 paid-up share value—not Rs. 350 per share. If the credit is missing from your account, check the designated IBAN and shareholder records, then contact the relevant registrar or broker/CDC participant.

What the 350% dividend means

NBP’s FY2025 final dividend was stated as Rs. 35 per share, or 350% of the Rs. 10 paid-up share value specified in the AGM material. That is the announced gross dividend per share; it does not mean every shareholder received the same net deposit, since applicable deductions and individual account circumstances can affect the amount credited. February 25, 2026 NBP announced the recommendation of Rs. 35 per share (350%), subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming 77th Annual General Meeting. NBP FY2025 press release
Approval conditions The PSX-hosted filing said the proposal also required Government of Pakistan approval under Section 17 of the Banks (Nationalization) Act, 1974. PSX-hosted filing

April 27, 2026 The credit notice was published through the distributor carrying NBP’s company communication. Credit notice reproduced by MarketScreener/Publicnow

The February announcement was a recommendation, not proof that shareholders had been paid. The later notice is NBP’s report of the credit date. It establishes what the bank reported, not that every individual account received a successful deposit.

If the dividend is missing from your account

  1. Check the bank account linked to the designated IBAN in your shareholder or CDC records, including the account’s transaction history around April 24, 2026.
  2. Confirm that your identity documentation and IBAN details were valid and up to date. NBP’s AGM notice identified valid identity documentation and designated IBAN details as requirements for cash-dividend payment. PSX-hosted AGM notice
  3. If you still cannot locate the payment, contact NBP’s share registrar or your broker/CDC participant with your holding and account details so the account record can be checked.

The published notice does not explain why a particular account might be missing a credit or establish a timetable for resolving an individual payment issue.

FY2025 results in context

NBP reported net profit after tax of PKR 85.9 billion and earnings per share of Rs. 40.4 for the year ended December 31, 2025. Those are issuer-reported results and provide context for the proposed distribution; they do not guarantee future dividends. NBP President and CEO Rehmat Ali Hasnie described the year as one of “record profitability driven by macro stabilization, cost efficiencies, and diversified growth.” NBP FY2025 press release
