A “free” burger may still require a purchase or rewards enrollment. Before ordering in a future year, check the offer’s current official terms rather than relying on a past promotion or a roundup. Compare the full conditions that affect what you pay and whether you can redeem it:
- Minimum spend: Check whether the deal requires another purchase, and whether that minimum is before tax.
- Dates and hours: Confirm the exact redemption window; some offers may cover several days or begin at a particular hour.
- Location and geography: Check participating restaurants and whether the offer applies in your country or region.
- Membership and ordering: Look for app, website, or rewards-account requirements, plus any required promo code.
- Redemption limits: Note per-account and per-transaction caps.
- Channel and exclusions: Confirm whether dine-in, pickup, first-party delivery, drive-thru, or third-party delivery qualifies.
- Taxes and fees: A listed price does not necessarily include tax, gratuity, or delivery charges.
