Nandani Creation: Why the Share Rose 8.6% and What Jaipur Kurti’s Project 50 Means

Nandani Creation’s October 6, 2026 close was about 8.6% above its open. Its reported FY2025-26 turnover and Jaipur Kurti’s Project 50 store target are separate developments.

Nandani Creation closed at ₹27.70 on October 6, 2026, up about 8.6% from its reported ₹25.51 open—a move rounded to 9% in market coverage. Separately, First India reported that the company recorded approximately ₹110 crore in FY2025-26 turnover, and Jaipur Kurti announced Project 50, a target to expand from 18 stores to 50 by March 31, 2027. The available reports do not establish that either announcement caused the share-price rise.

What happened to Nandani Creation’s share price?

Goodreturns reported that Nandani Creation opened at ₹25.51 and closed at ₹27.70 on October 6, 2026. The difference is about 8.6% of the opening price, which explains the rounded “9%” description. The report also listed an intraday high of ₹28.00.

That is a one-day price movement, not evidence on its own of why the shares rose. The price report and the company announcements establish timing, but do not verify a causal link between the rise and either the turnover figure or Project 50.

What does the ₹110 crore turnover figure mean?

First India’s October 3, 2026 coverage of Nandani Creation’s September 30 annual general meeting reported approximately ₹110 crore in turnover for FY2025-26, about 50% higher than in the previous financial year. This is an approximate, company-reported figure as covered by the outlet; the material available here does not reconcile it to audited FY2025-26 statements.

Turnover is a measure of sales or business revenue, not profit. The reported figure does not, by itself, show the company’s costs, margins, cash generation or what it earned per share.

What is Project 50?

Project 50 is Jaipur Kurti’s announced retail-expansion plan: grow its store network from 18 stores to 50 by March 31, 2027. The target was announced in September 2026 and is a future goal, not a count of stores already operating.

The announcement establishes the intended store count and deadline. It does not establish whether the target will be met, how much each additional store will cost, or what effect expansion would have on future profitability.

How Nandani Creation and Jaipur Kurti fit together

Nandani Creation is the company behind Jaipur Kurti. Its corporate profile describes a fashion manufacturing and trading business covering women’s ethnic wear and adjacent apparel categories. The company’s FY2024-25 annual report describes Jaipur Kurti as a women’s Indian-wear brand, including sarees and unstitched dress materials.

What investors can and cannot conclude

  • Reported price: ₹27.70 close on October 6, 2026, about 8.6% above the reported open of ₹25.51, according to Goodreturns.
  • Reported turnover: approximately ₹110 crore for FY2025-26 and about 50% growth year over year, as First India reported from the AGM.
  • Expansion target: 50 Jaipur Kurti stores by March 31, 2027, from a stated base of 18; this remains a plan.
  • Not established: a verified cause for the October 6 share move, whether Project 50 will be completed, or the plan’s eventual effect on profitability.

These are distinct facts: a dated market-price report, an attributed turnover figure and a forward-looking store target. None alone demonstrates future returns or makes the share an investment recommendation.
