NADRA’s fee table labels the service “CRC (All categories).” CRC stands for Child Registration Certificate; B-Form is the familiar name used for the document.

These are the categories and priority timelines currently published in NADRA’s fee schedule. NADRA says the priority timeline begins after payment, so it should not be treated as a guaranteed delivery date from the day an application is submitted.
Was a new B-Form fee announced in June 2025?
The “new fees” framing can be misleading. On June 24, 2025, Associated Press of Pakistan (APP) reported that NADRA said the CRC processing fee had not increased. The report concerned amendments to the NADRA (NIC) Rules 2002, which were notified on June 19, 2025, and changes involving CRC issuance and child identity verification—not a new CRC fee. What changed in the CRC rules and identity requirements?
Children under three
APP reported that a CRC for a child under three would be issued without a photograph or biometric data and would expire when the child turned three. This age-specific rule does not mean every child must provide a photograph or fingerprints.
Children above 10
A separate notice from the Press Information Department (PID), dated January 1, 2025, said that special Form B issuance with photographs and fingerprints for children above 10 would be introduced in phases from January 15. The two announcements describe different age groups and dates. For the requirements that apply to a particular child or application, consult NADRA’s current instructions rather than assuming a single photo or biometric rule covers every child.

The fee table presents a straightforward trade-off: executive processing costs PKR 450 more than normal processing and has a shorter listed priority timeline. The official CRC row does not list an urgent option; a blank urgent tier does not mean that urgent processing is free.
