To redeem an eligible MyPrize.US prize balance, open Wallet > Redeem, enter an amount within your displayed redeemable balance, choose a payment method offered to your account, and submit the request. MyPrize’s help page, updated March 2, 2026, lists a 100 SC minimum per request and a 3,000 SC maximum per day. A promotion or promotional Sweeps Cash (“SC”) is not automatically cash you can redeem: eligibility can depend on verification, playthrough, and the terms of the specific offer.
What “redeem promo” means on MyPrize.US
This guide covers redeeming an eligible prize balance—not claiming a promo code. MyPrize’s official sources explain prize redemption and say promotions are governed by their applicable terms, but they do not establish a universal promo-code entry screen or flow. Check the specific offer and your account for current instructions. MyPrize’s current Terms, version 1.4 updated January 1, 2026, state that promotions are subject to the Terms, the promotion’s official rules, and any additional offer terms; the company also reserves the right to alter or withdraw promotions. SC is the currency used for a chance to redeem prizes; it is not the same as Gold Coins. MyPrize says SC cannot be purchased directly, though its May 27, 2024 help article describes promotional SC distributed with Gold Coin purchases and through offers such as Daily Reload, level-up bonuses, and rakeback. The terms and availability of any particular promotion may change, so rely on that offer’s current rules rather than assuming an older example still applies. MyPrize’s Terms describe its service as a sweepstakes promotion and say it does not offer “real money gambling.” Availability and applicable rules can also depend on where you are; read the current terms and rules for your location.

How to submit a redemption request
- Complete identity verification. MyPrize advises completing verification before starting a redemption. It may request further checks or documentation before approving a prize.
- Open Wallet > Redeem. Use the Redeem option in your account’s Wallet.
- Enter an eligible amount. The amount must not exceed the redeemable balance displayed in your account and must meet the help page’s 100 SC minimum per request. The page also lists a maximum of 3,000 SC per day; confirm the live Wallet screen and current terms in case the limit or its application has changed.
- Select an available method. The help page lists bank account, Skrill, and USDC on Ethereum. Only choose a method shown as available to your account; availability can depend on account and provider conditions.
- Review the details and submit. Confirm the amount and destination before finalizing the request.
- Check Activity. MyPrize says the request’s progress can be followed in Activity.

Why your redeemable balance may be lower than your total SC
The SC total shown on your account and the amount currently eligible to redeem can differ. Promotional SC and other SC may be subject to playthrough before becoming redeemable, so an uncompleted requirement can reduce the amount available even when your total balance is higher. MyPrize’s support center addresses this under “Why Is My Redeemable Prizes Lower Than My SC Amount?” and “What Is Playthrough and How Does It Work?” See the Payments support category and the current terms for the explanation applicable to your account and offer.
MyPrize’s Sweepstakes Official Rules page, displayed as updated September 8, 2024, says SC collected through the listed methods must be used at least once in a Sweeps Cash game before it is eligible for prize redemption, and that the sponsor may require additional use, up to 50 times. That older rules-page detail should not be treated as a universal current requirement: promotion-specific terms and current account rules control. MyPrize US Sweepstakes Official Rules.
Choosing among the methods shown in your account
MyPrize’s help page names three methods, but does not establish that every account will see all of them or provide a comparative speed or cost ranking. Choose based on what your account offers and what receiving destination you can use safely.

For USDC, MyPrize explicitly warns that “Crypto transactions cannot be reversed once sent on chain.” It also cautions against unsupported destinations, including Venmo or PayPal. Do not submit until you have verified the wallet address and confirmed the destination supports USDC on Ethereum.

MyPrize says processing uses third-party providers and may depend on internal review and provider speed; it does not promise instant payment or a fixed completion time. Check Activity for the request status. If it remains pending, consult the account’s current instructions or contact MyPrize support rather than submitting duplicate requests.

The September 8, 2024 Sweepstakes Official Rules page says processing can take up to 30 days in some circumstances, that one request per customer account may be processed in any five-day period, and that prizes of $600 or more may require longer security and fraud checks. Those figures come from an older rules page, not the March 2026 redemption help article or the January 2026 Terms, so confirm whether they apply to your account before relying on them. The Rules also describe sponsor verification for potential winners, while the Terms permit age and identity checks.
