Affiliate World Dubai 2024 was most useful, in attendee Kripesh Adwani’s account, as a place to meet people and exchange ideas—not as a source of guaranteed results. The February 28–29 conference at Dubai World Trade Center included an exhibition, speaker sessions and an after-party. Adwani’s retrospective offers practical advice on preparing and networking; the organizer’s recap adds session themes and an attendance estimate, but neither establishes what a future event will cost or deliver.

What happened at Affiliate World Dubai 2024

Adwani’s account describes badge pickup, exhibitor booths, an exhibition lounge, food available for purchase, speaker sessions and an after-party. He said attendees needed to buy tickets in advance and could not walk in. That is his description of the 2024 event, not a statement of current access rules.

In its March 12, 2024 recap, organizer Affiliate World Conferences described the gathering as bringing “over six thousand of the affiliate industry all in one place.” This is the organizer’s figure, not an independently audited attendance count. The recap called the event “one of our biggest yet,” which is promotional language from the organizer.

What Adwani says attendees should do

Prepare before you arrive

Research the agenda, speakers, sponsors and other attendees in advance. Adwani’s point is practical: knowing whom you want to meet and why can make conversations more focused than arriving without a plan.

Talk outside your usual category

Adwani recommends speaking with a broad mix of brands and participants, not only people who appear to work in your niche. An unexpected conversation may offer a useful perspective or lead to a potential partner or client, but his account does not establish that such outcomes are typical or guaranteed.

Make networking a central goal

For Adwani, conversations were a major part of the event, including informal networking at the after-party. He says he would prioritize networking over sessions when recordings are available. That is his preference, not a claim that recordings will be offered for every event; check the organizer’s details for the specific edition you are considering.

Use talks as ideas to test, not universal rules

The organizer’s recap featured discussions of creative strategy, campaign analysis supported by AI, reporting, social proof and video-sales-letter formats. Those topics can suggest questions or experiments for a marketer’s own work, but the recap does not establish that any one tactic works across campaigns, audiences or platforms.

Session ideas highlighted by the organizer

Creative strategy for TikTok ads

The recap attributes recommendations to Mirella Crespi, founder and CEO of Creative Milkshake: focus an ad on one product, or up to three when appropriate; make price and value clear; test varied talent; and use videos it describes as commonly longer than 20 seconds but no longer than 40. These are speaker and organizer-reported recommendations, not platform requirements or universal performance rules.

AI, data and social proof

According to the recap, Marisha Lakhiani, Mindvalley’s chief growth officer, discussed approaches Mindvalley applied to campaigns: AI-supported campaign optimization, using ChatGPT to interpret data, combining platform and payment data in Sheets with Google Apps Script, scheduling budgets around high-performing periods, and paying attention to social proof in comments.

The organizer’s recap also reported claims of doubled ROI and potential CPM reductions of over 70% associated with social proof. These are reported claims from the session recap, not independently verified outcomes, benchmarks or promises.

A repeatable content workflow

Leonardo Caracas of Jump Ventures described a process of inventorying assets, developing concepts and formats, producing and repeatedly testing content, identifying an unusually successful “hit” asset, then scaling it while looking for the next one. The recap says the process helped grow a company from a “1 million standpoint” to a “20 million standpoint” in one year. It does not specify a currency or independently validate the growth, so the figures should not be treated as a comparable case study.

Video formats for different funnels

Alex Micol of SCALERS discussed formats including short leads to VSL pages, user-generated-content lead-generation ads, short VSLs for gadgets and TV ads. The recap includes durations for some formats, but these are session-specific suggestions rather than current ad-platform requirements.

How to decide whether a future event is worth attending

Adwani’s article asks whether the conference is worth attending and whether readers should join a future one. The sources do not measure attendee outcomes, so the decision is best made against your own goals, experience, time and total trip cost.

Decision factor What the 2024 accounts suggest What to check for a future event
Networking versus learning Adwani puts substantial value on networking; the organizer confirms sessions were part of the program. Review the agenda, attendee and exhibitor mix, and whether session recordings will be available.
Experience level Adwani believes experienced practitioners may get more from conversations than complete beginners, who may have less to contribute. This is his judgment, not a measured comparison. Consider whether you can explain your goals, ask specific questions and offer useful context in professional conversations.
Business goal The accounts describe opportunities to meet potential partners, encounter vendors, hear campaign ideas and connect with the community; they do not quantify results. Choose a primary goal and assess whether the current program and audience match it.
Cost and logistics Adwani’s 2024 account says passes were bought in advance and food was paid for separately. Confirm current dates, venue, ticket price, what the pass includes, access rules, travel and lodging costs, and on-site food arrangements with the organizer.

How to read the earnings claims in the attendee account

Adwani’s article reports figures from individual conversations with marketers. They are interview claims relayed in 2024, not audited results, typical earnings or reliable forecasts. Their relevance is limited: they illustrate the scale of activity some interviewees described, not what a conference attendee or affiliate marketer should expect.

  • Adwani reported that Deepak Verma, CEO of VellKO Media, said the company’s top affiliate generated $3 million in the last quarter, mainly through mailing and media buying.
  • Adwani reported that Ankit Parekh (OKANKIT) said he had earned $1 million in the last year. The article also describes him as a ClickBank Platinum Plus recipient; this does not establish current award criteria.
  • Adwani reported that Ali Akhbar described 15 million monthly users and $40,000–$50,000 in monthly turnover.
  • Adwani reported that Shiva and Ravi Teja Bodapati described $130,000 in a month, up to $11,000 in a day and 25–30% ROI. The article does not provide a calculation method or independent substantiation.
  • Adwani reported that Shreekant Sharma described eight-figure monthly ad spend; the article does not specify a currency.
  • Adwani reported that Achil Mishra described $7,000–$8,000 in monthly revenue from guest posting and identified crypto, iGaming and sports as lucrative areas. That is a reported opinion, not an earnings forecast or endorsement.

What the accounts can—and cannot—tell you

Adwani’s article is a personal retrospective about his February 2024 visit and conversations. The organizer’s March 2024 recap is a separate, promotional account of event scale and selected sessions. Together they offer a picture of the event’s activities and some ideas discussed there; they do not establish independently verified marketing results, typical attendee returns or the terms of a future conference.

For a later edition, confirm practical details directly with Affiliate World Conferences. Dates, ticket offers, access policies, recording availability and any partner-program terms can change; the 2024 accounts do not verify current arrangements.
