To complete the MyBKExperience survey, use the website and instructions printed on an eligible Burger King receipt. The survey provides a validation code, but it does not guarantee a free Whopper: check your own receipt for the reward, any purchase requirement, and the deadline and redemption rules.
Check whether your receipt has a survey invitation
Burger King describes MyBKExperience as an online survey found on an in-restaurant receipt. Not every receipt includes a survey code; franchisees decide whether to activate survey participation. If your receipt has no survey invitation or instructions, the general survey page does not establish that you can take the survey using that receipt. Burger King Help Center

How to complete the survey
- Find the survey invitation and any deadline or offer conditions printed on your receipt.
- Go to www.mybkexperience.com and follow the receipt’s instructions.
- Answer the survey questions and complete the survey. Burger King says completion provides a validation code.
- Write down or otherwise retain the code and follow the redemption instructions on the receipt.
Burger King’s general Help Center guidance says a guest can receive one validation code every 30 days. The receipt and its offer conditions determine what that code can be used for. Burger King Help Center
What the validation code lets you redeem
The code is not, by itself, a promise of a free Whopper. Burger King’s general survey guidance promises a validation code; the reward and any qualifying purchase depend on the offer printed on your receipt. Check that offer before ordering so you know what item is included and whether you must buy something else.
#1 Best Overall
- Whether you're celebrating a birthday, saying thanks, or just want to tell someone "You Rule!", a Burger King Gift Card makes any occasion better!
- Treat someone to flame-grilled flavor they won't forget, from the iconic Whopper to Chicken Fries, snackable sides and refreshing drinks.
- Great for fans of bold taste and undeniable flavor. Perfect for friends, coworkers, road trippers or anyone who deserves a break from the ordinary.
- Accepted at Burger King restaurants across the U.S., and valid on everything from breakfast sandwiches to late-night cravings.
- Redeemable in-store, online or through the BK app at participating locations.
A U.S.-oriented offer summary on Burger King’s terms page lists a free Whopper, Original Chicken Sandwich, or Croissan’wich with a qualifying purchase. That specific offer summary says to complete the survey within 48 hours of purchase and describes the validated receipt as good for one month from purchase. The full terms page required JavaScript in the available view, so treat those details as specific to that offer—not as universal rules—and confirm the terms printed on your receipt. Burger King Terms
The Help Center presents its survey rules generally, while the offer summary is U.S.-oriented. The available information does not establish that the same reward or promotion applies outside the United States.

When and where to use the code
Burger King’s Help Center says a validation code is valid for 14 days after survey completion, can be redeemed only at the restaurant visited, and cannot be combined with other offers. Follow the instructions on your receipt and plan to redeem at the location where you made the purchase. Burger King Help Center

If the receipt or code does not work
- No survey invitation: Not all receipts participate. Check another receipt if you have one; franchisees decide whether to activate survey participation.
- Unsure of the deadline or reward: Use the offer printed on the receipt you are redeeming, rather than assuming every survey gives the same item or purchase terms.
- Code rejected or redemption fails: Recheck the receipt instructions, validity period, and restaurant location. Burger King’s general Help article does not specify a code-recovery process; if the issue remains, contact Burger King through its official Help Center.
