MEXC scheduled Mr Mint’s MRMINT/USDT trading to begin on September 10, 2024—not as a future listing. Its announcement also used MRMINT, rather than MNT, because another project already had the MNT ticker on MEXC. That notice is historical; it does not establish whether trading or deposits are available now.
When was Mr Mint scheduled to list on MEXC?
MEXC’s September 10, 2024 announcement, “Voting Result and Listing Arrangement for Kickstarter – Mr Mint (MRMINT)”, set the following schedule:

The exchange also reported that Kickstarter users committed 50,344,155 MX in support of the listing and that airdrop rewards had been distributed. This is an event figure reported by MEXC, not trading volume, funds raised, independent evidence of adoption, or a measure of token performance.
Why did MEXC use MRMINT instead of MNT?
MEXC said it would use the ticker MRMINT on its platform because another project already used MNT there. The ticker change in that announcement was specific to MEXC; it does not establish that every exchange, wallet, or blockchain explorer uses the same label. A later-dated official Mr Mint LinkedIn search result also said that select platforms changed the ticker to MRMINT while BSC Explorer and DeFi wallets retained MNT “for now,” but the result’s date could not be confirmed. Ticker text alone is therefore not enough to identify an asset: check the current official contract address and network before sending tokens.

Can you trade or deposit MRMINT on MEXC now?
The September 2024 listing announcement confirms the planned schedule at that time, not present-day availability. Current MEXC trading and deposit status could not be established from the accessible official information.
A notice surfaced in a Mr Mint official-site search result saying the project was temporarily pausing trading on centralized and decentralized exchanges during a migration to a new blockchain network. It described mrmint.exchange as an interim peer-to-peer platform, but the page opened as a JavaScript shell and the notice date and current validity could not be confirmed. Treat that wording as an undated project statement, not current instructions to trade or use a particular venue.

Before acting, check dated notices on MEXC and Mr Mint’s official channels. Confirm the asset’s exact contract, network, deposit status, and withdrawal status for the specific account and venue. Do not send tokens using an old network or address based only on the 2024 announcement or an undated search result.

MEXC’s announcement said each MRMINT on-chain transaction would incur a 1% charge under the project’s tokenomics, plus a further 1% charge from MEXC on MRMINT on-chain transactions for platform integration. It said an on-chain deposit would consequently amount to 98% of the initial amount. These were the terms described in that 2024 notice; they should not be assumed to apply now. Confirm current deductions and deposit rules with the exchange and project before transferring tokens.

MEXC warned: “Prices may fluctuate greatly for projects listed in the Innovation Zone, please be cautious of the risks.” Its disclosure also identified operational, underlying-technology, and legal or regulatory risks; high volatility and the possibility of losing some or all of an investment; and the possibility that technology problems or cyberattacks could impair withdrawals. These warnings are especially relevant when network migration and present trading status are not confirmed.
