Where to check for retained records
Use the official MPESB/ESB website and look for its test admit-card area or any retained records. The original 2023 download page has not been verified as still live, so an active direct-download link cannot be confirmed. The 2023 news report points readers generally to the board website rather than preserving a verified, stable historical card URL.

Why current portal instructions may differ
The surviving official portal for the 2024 Excise Constable test asks for an application number and date of birth, and displays another field based on the first two letters of the mother’s name and the last four Aadhaar digits entered in the application. Those are requirements shown for the 2024 cycle only; they do not establish which fields the February 2023 admit-card page required. The 2024 portal is available at MPESB’s 2024 Excise Constable admit-card page.
