Which donuts and pastries were recalled?
The recall covered 60 products made before December 13, 2024, according to Baking Business’s reporting on the FDA report. The products spanned assorted donuts and pastries, including fritters, fluff bars, crullers, paczki, Munchkins, eclairs, cake rings, coffee rolls, cinnamon sticks and cake sticks. More than a dozen Dunkin’ items were reportedly included; the available account does not provide a complete consumer-facing list of labels or lot codes.
FGF LLC, identified as the recalling firm in Brownsburg, Indiana, initiated the recall on January 7, 2025. The reporting also describes FGF Brands as Toronto-based; these refer to different aspects of the company and are not necessarily conflicting locations. Baking Business reported the recall details.

The available coverage said the recall had been completed. That does not establish whether an individual item retained by a consumer is part of the affected production. What does a Class II recall mean?
FDA defines a Class II recall as “a situation in which use of, or exposure to, a violative product may cause temporary or medically reversible adverse health consequences or where the probability of serious adverse health consequences is remote.” The agency classification describes the assessed risk category; it does not establish that a finished recalled donut tested positive for Listeria. What FGF said about the Listeria concern
FGF characterized the recall as precautionary, citing non-product-related findings at one of its U.S. donut facilities. The company said no donuts or food-contact surfaces tested positive for Listeria.
