In its July 19, 2024 announcement, Mintiply Capital said it had been appointed to lead TRUXX’s planned Series A fundraising. It presented its restructuring experience as a capability that could help TRUXX prepare for fundraising—not as evidence that a restructuring had already taken place. The announcement did not name a fundraising amount, valuation, or investors.
The announcement contains no attributed quotation from a named Mintiply or TRUXX representative. Its account of the mandate and TRUXX’s progress should therefore be read as Mintiply’s description. What TRUXX does
Mintiply described TRUXX as a transportation technology company using an app and data-rich dashboards to aggregate trucks and optimize fleets for business-to-business and business-to-business-to-consumer markets. It said the platform’s algorithms helped determine trip rates and optimize fuel-efficient routes. These are descriptions and performance claims in Mintiply’s announcement, not independently audited findings.

TRUXX’s later company descriptions present a broader logistics offering. Its About page describes a UAE platform connecting individuals and businesses with light and heavy transport, equipment rental, moving services, and roadside assistance. In a May 19, 2025 blog post, TRUXX said it had evolved from a truck aggregator into a digital logistics platform. That later description is a company-reported account of its development, not evidence about the outcome of the 2024 fundraising.
What the announcement reported about TRUXX’s traction
Mintiply’s July 2024 announcement reported that TRUXX had around 1,000 trucks operating under its app, reached 5,000 downloads within two months of launch, and entered the top 40 in the Apple App Store chart within three weeks of launch. It also said TRUXX had been among the top 10 business ideas in London Business School’s Entrepreneurship Edge program in summer 2022 and had launched a home movers marketplace. These figures and milestones are attributable to Mintiply; they were not independently verified in the sources available.

Later figures come from TRUXX itself and refer to different dates and measures:

The different dates and descriptions matter: the figures are company-reported snapshots, and the later asset counts include equipment as well as trucks. They should not be treated as independently verified measures or as proof that a financing round closed.

Did TRUXX raise its Series A?
The available sources do not establish whether TRUXX’s proposed 2024 Series A closed, or disclose its terms. Mintiply’s appointment announcement confirms a fundraising mandate was announced; it does not confirm a completed raise. No amount, valuation, investor count, or closing figure is established in the sources cited here.
TRUXX’s later platform updates and other milestones do not resolve that question. For example, on May 6, 2026, the UAE Ministry of Economy and Tourism announced an MoU with TRUXX to collaborate and exchange expertise in innovation and digital solutions. The government release quotes TRUXX founder and CEO Khadem Almheiri discussing the intended contribution to digital logistics and freight-price transparency.
