Meninas Grill officially opened on 23 October 2024. PerthNow reported the opening on 28 October 2024 and described the venue as a 100-seat restaurant. The name refers to Diego Velázquez’s painting Las Meninas.
The restaurant’s owners are Sergio Yibrin and Vanessa Diaz, according to its website. PerthNow spells the second owner’s surname “Dias”; check with the restaurant if the spelling is important. Yibrin described the approach as “authentic flavours and our own family recipes with a contemporary twist”.

Paella de Velázquez
The official menu names Paella de Velázquez as a signature dish. It combines hickory-smoked and grilled bone-in rib eye, pork belly and mushrooms with saffron-infused Calasparra bomba rice, finished with truffle tomato and pimentón dulce sauce. The restaurant says it takes about 35 minutes to prepare and is intended for two or more diners. Menu details may change.

Walk-ins are welcome, but the restaurant recommends booking, particularly for Friday and Saturday groups of two or more, when it may be fully booked. Its booking page lists kitchen hours as Monday to Thursday, 5–8 pm; Friday and Saturday, 5–9 pm; and Sunday, 5–8 pm.
