What is the Big Arch Burger?
McDonald’s described the Big Arch as a double burger built with two beef patties, three slices of melted white cheddar, crispy and slivered onions, lettuce, pickles, Big Arch Sauce, and a toasted bun with sesame and poppy seeds. Each patty weighs a quarter pound before cooking, according to the company’s product footnote. McDonald’s called it its “most McDonald’s, McDonald’s burger” yet—a promotional description from the company, not an independent assessment. McDonald’s announcement
