Who bought Matthew Perry’s home?
The buyer was identified as Anita Verma-Lallian, a Scottsdale-based movie producer and real estate developer. The Los Angeles Times attributed the identification to a representative.
Did the home survive the Palisades Fire?
In a January 9, 2025 report, Realtor.com said the buyer reported that the property survived the Palisades Fire. That is an owner-reported outcome relayed by the outlet, not an independent inspection or official fire-agency assessment.
