Celebrity Net Worth estimates Matt Bomer’s net worth at $12 million. That is a published estimate, not a verified balance sheet: the sources reviewed do not establish his assets, debts, investments, taxes, or the calculation behind the figure. Celebrity Net Worth also lists a salary of $125,000 per episode, but does not establish the project, time period, or whether that amount is current.

Matt Bomer’s reported net worth and salary

Celebrity Net Worth’s Matt Bomer page gives two figures with different meanings:

Figure What the source says What it establishes
$12 million Celebrity Net Worth’s estimate of Bomer’s net worth A publisher’s estimate; not a confirmed personal financial disclosure.
$125,000 per episode Celebrity Net Worth’s listed salary figure The source does not identify the project or period, or establish that this is a current rate.

The page’s search result gives no publication date. It says net-worth calculations draw on public sources, but the material reviewed does not provide a transparent, itemized calculation or independent confirmation. The $12 million figure should therefore be read as an estimate attributed to that publisher, not as a precise measure of Bomer’s current wealth.

What Bomer’s career shows—and what it cannot show

The Television Academy biography and awards record says Bomer made his television debut in 2001 and identifies him as Neal Caffrey in White Collar and Felix Turner in The Normal Heart. The Academy lists two Primetime Emmy nominations: supporting actor for The Normal Heart in 2014, and lead actor in a limited or anthology series or movie for Fellow Travelers in 2024.

Geffen Playhouse’s biography describes work in film, television, and theatre, including The Boys in the Band, Papi Chulo, The Nice Guys, and the Magic Mike films. It also says he made his directorial debut on The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story and starred in and executive-produced Fellow Travelers and Mid-Century Modern. CAA Speakers’ biography likewise describes his work across television, film, and theatre.

These sources document a substantial, varied career. They do not report Bomer’s compensation for particular roles or establish how much of any earnings he retains. Credits, nominations, and executive-producer roles are not evidence of a specific personal net worth.

Why the estimate cannot be treated as a personal balance sheet

Net worth is generally the value of assets minus liabilities. A career profile or salary estimate does not disclose the information needed to calculate that total. The sources reviewed do not establish Bomer’s private assets, debts, investments, taxes, or the methodology used to arrive at Celebrity Net Worth’s estimate. That is a limit of the available evidence, not proof that no such records exist.

For personal-finance purposes, the distinction matters: the $12 million figure is a third-party estimate, while the $125,000-per-episode figure is a separately listed salary amount with no confirmed project or date range. Neither figure is a verified disclosure of Bomer’s current finances or compensation.
