A 2025 article describes an AI marketing platform called MatrixLabX, a Trustpilot page and one customer account concern a separate clothing shop called Freehippiespirit, and a court docket names a similarly styled company in a Warner Bros. case. Those records do not establish that all three refer to the same business or prove the AI service’s claims.
What do the reviews actually say?
Trustpilot reviews are for Freehippiespirit
The Trustpilot profile is for Freehippiespirit, which the platform identifies as a clothing shop—not for Magic Matrix Technology Co Ltd. On October 8, 2026, the profile displayed 185 reviews and a 1.2 score. Its displayed review distribution was 93% one-star, 4% two-star, 2% three-star, less than 1% four-star, and 1% five-star. These are changeable figures for the Freehippiespirit profile, not ratings of Magic Matrix. View the Trustpilot profile.
Trustpilot cautions: “We use technology to protect platform integrity, but we don’t fact-check reviews.” Its AI-generated summary describes reviewers’ complaints about product quality, differences from online descriptions, delivery, sizing, returns, and refunds. Treat both the summary and individual posts as reports of customer sentiment, not independently verified findings.
One reviewer reported a Magic Matrix PayPal descriptor
In a review dated August 12, 2025, Jenn Sprague said the PayPal name shown after buying dresses from Freehippiespirit was Magic Matrix Technology Co Ltd. The reviewer also described a disagreement over return postage and said PayPal refunded the purchase. This is one person’s account; it does not establish whether Magic Matrix owned the shop, made the clothing, or acted as the seller, payment processor, or another party in the transaction.

What is claimed about its AI marketing service?
A TechAnnouncer article dated September 20, 2025, describes Magic Matrix Technology Co Ltd as an AI marketing provider and attributes a platform called MatrixLabX to it. The article says the platform uses Google Vertex AI and the Gemini API, and claims it can automate campaign management, generate content, personalize messaging, unify business data, use industry-specific AI models, and link pricing to results. Read the TechAnnouncer article.
Those statements are the article’s claims, not independently established product facts. The available sources do not independently confirm company-controlled technical documentation, named customers, audited performance data, pricing, or the platform’s capabilities. No named, independently attributable performance statistic was found; descriptions such as “24/7” or claims of faster results should not be read as measured outcomes.

What does the Warner Bros. court record establish?
A Justia docket identifies Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. v. The Partnerships and Unincorporated Associations Identified on Schedule A, No. 1:2024cv09879, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. It lists Magic Matrix Technology Co. LTD among the defendants and shows the company appeared through counsel and filed responses in November 2024. View the Justia docket.
IP Feed’s chronology reports that Warner Bros. and Magic Matrix Technology Co. LTD settled. It says a May 13, 2025 minute entry directed the parties to seek a consent judgment, and that the court entered an agreed consent judgment on May 19, 2025, after which the civil case was terminated. The consent judgment’s text was not reviewed, so its terms cannot be described here. The settlement and agreed judgment are procedural outcomes, not evidence in this account of a contested judicial finding, an admission, or proof of the separate Freehippiespirit customer report.
Does a trademark listing connect the names?
A third-party USPTO.report listing shows a December 28, 2021 application for “LOVES SALES” under the similar name Magic Matrix (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. The listing itself warns that records may involve different people or companies and that application materials should be checked to confirm ownership or assignment. View the USPTO.report listing.

Different records answer different questions. A court docket is evidence of case events and named parties; a platform profile shows its own listing and review disclosures; an individual review reports one customer’s experience; and a secondary article attributes product claims. None, by itself, establishes the full relationship among Magic Matrix Technology Co Ltd, Freehippiespirit, MatrixLabX, and the LOVES SALES applicant.
Quick Recap
- Check the exact entity: Compare the full legal name, jurisdiction, registration number, and spelling on contracts, invoices, payment records, and company-controlled pages.
- For an AI service: Request an official company-controlled website, product documentation, named customers willing to be contacted, written pricing and cancellation terms, data-handling details, and a clear method for measuring performance.
- For a retail payment or return issue: Keep the order confirmation, payment record and descriptor, return terms, and correspondence. Contact the storefront and payment provider to resolve the transaction or dispute.
- For court-related claims: Read the actual judgment before drawing conclusions about its terms or what the court decided.
