Luke Littler earned more than £1 million in prize money during 2024, according to contemporaneous reporting. That is a reported threshold, not an exact audited total: the available reports do not provide a complete event-by-event account.
What is known about Littler’s 2024 prize money?
LiveDarts reported on 18 November 2024, after Littler won the Grand Slam of Darts, that he had earned more than £1 million in prize money during the year. The Associated Press later described him as finishing 2024 above the same threshold. Neither report supplies a complete ledger from which to calculate an exact calendar-year sum.
The distinction matters because a headline threshold and a fully reconciled total are not the same thing. The strongest supported answer is therefore “more than £1 million,” not a precise figure.
Why does a ranking table show £731,500?
DartsRankings’ historical season table currently lists £731,500 in ranking money for Littler’s 2024 season. That figure covers ranking money, not every prize he earned across the calendar year. LiveDarts reported after the Grand Slam that just over half of his 2024 prize money came from ranking competition. The figures describe different accounting scopes, so £731,500 does not contradict the report that his overall prize money exceeded £1 million.

What were his biggest reported 2024 payouts?
| Event or measure | Reported amount | What it represents |
|---|---|---|

| 2024 World Championship | £200,000 | Runner-up payout for the championship that concluded in January 2024, as stated in an Associated Press retrospective published in 2025. |

Which figures should not be counted as 2024 earnings?
The £1,118,500 Order of Merit amount
LiveDarts reported an Order of Merit amount of £1,118,500 after the 2024/25 World Championship in January 2025. It is not Littler’s 2024 calendar-year earnings: it reflects a later ranking point in time and includes the £500,000 he won for the 2025 World Championship title.

The UK Open champion’s payout
The 2024 UK Open paid £110,000 to its champion, but that amount was not Littler’s payout: Dimitri Van den Bergh won the final against Luke Humphries. A tournament’s headline winner’s prize should not be included in Littler’s earnings unless he actually received it.
