Little Otto’s Big Choc Shop opened on Busselton’s foreshore for the Easter school holidays in 2025. It is at 25 Marine Terrace, opposite the Busselton Jetty, and brings house-made chocolate together with gelato and café-style treats.
Where to find Little Otto’s Big Choc Shop
The shop is at 25 Marine Terrace on the Busselton Foreshore, opposite the Busselton Jetty, according to RAC WA and the Busselton Mail. The City of Busselton’s April 2024 council agenda described plans to use the former tennis-club building as a family restaurant or café, chocolatier and retail outlet, operated by Left Coast Chocolate Pty Ltd trading as Little Otto’s Big Choc Shop (City of Busselton agenda, 17 April 2024).
What visitors can get
The shop combines chocolate made on site with sweets and café-style items. An opening preview reported milk, white and dark chocolate bars, honeycomb and chocolate-covered lolly snakes, as well as ice cream, coffee and milkshakes (PerthNow, 31 March 2025). A June 2025 feature by RAC WA later mentioned chocolate bark, including potato-chip bark, gelato, loaded cookies, brownies and coffee.
Those are reported offerings from 2025, not a guaranteed current menu. The business’s official site currently lists categories including Choccy Bars, Choccy Coated, Choccy Buttons, Drinking Chocolate and Rocky Road.

Check current opening hours before you go
Little Otto’s official site currently posts hours of 10am–6pm Sunday through Thursday and 10am–8pm Friday and Saturday. RAC’s June 2025 feature listed different hours—9:30am–8pm daily—so check the official site before setting out; seasonal or other changes may affect the schedule.
Who Otto and Daisy are
The names refer to a story rooted in Busselton’s history: secondary accounts describe Otto as a whale found beached in Busselton in 1897, whose skeleton is now associated with the 24-metre specimen at WA Museum Boola Bardip (Busselton Mail, 16 April 2025; RAC WA, June 2025). The shop’s tale of Otto and Daisy becoming friends and opening a chocolate shop is playful brand storytelling, not a historical account.

The opening preview described the project as the work of the group behind Shelter Brewing Co. At the time, head of operations Tess Baverstock said the team wanted chocolate with “that snap when you break the chocolate, the shine and smoothness” (PerthNow, 31 March 2025). After opening, she described the shop as “meant to be fun and silly and a little chaotic” (Busselton Mail, 16 April 2025).
