Marie Claire and E! list the same four products in coverage of Kateb’s original routine. The order below follows how the routine is commonly presented; it should not be read as a medically necessary sequence or a promise of particular skin results.

Kateb called the routine “a work of art” and said its items “complement one another perfectly,” as quoted by E!. That is her description of the combination, not independent evidence of a skin-care benefit.
Her later “Smell Good Routines” are a different lineup
In a July 12, 2026 interview with NBC Selected, Kateb described fragrance-specific routines she creates to complement Skylar releases. “I make a routine for every single one of the Skylar fragrances we drop, and I call them my ‘Smell Good Routines,’” she said. She explained that each one includes products chosen to complement a particular perfume when layered.

The same NBC Selected article described Kateb as Skylar’s “re-founder and chief creative officer.” It reported that her “Smell Good Routines” had between 1.5 million and 14.9 million views each at the time of publication in July 2026. That is a dated range of reported views, not a live count or evidence of product sales.
What the coverage does—and does not—show
- It identifies products and their reported roles. The original lineup spans a cleanser, shower oil, body butter, and lotion.
- It does not document this writer trying the routine. Marie Claire’s account of an editorial review and tester describes that publication’s experience, not a test by this writer.
- It does not establish universal results. The published accounts do not show that all four products are suitable for every skin type, or that combining them guarantees softer skin or longer-lasting fragrance.
- It does not establish current prices, sizes, ingredients, or stock. Those details can vary and should be checked with the relevant retailer or brand.
For shoppers, the most useful distinction is format: the four products are not interchangeable, and the routine moves from wash to moisturizing products. Choose based on the formats and scents you prefer rather than assuming a viral lineup is necessary for a particular result.
