What should applicants know about the application rules?
- Read the notification and the eligibility requirements for the chosen category before applying.
- Candidates choosing multiple categories could submit one application, but each category carried its own fee and examination.
- The notification said corrections could not be made after the application was confirmed.
- Passing KTET does not by itself establish eligibility for appointment. Candidates must also satisfy the other qualifications prescribed by the government and the relevant appointing authorities.
The notification lists qualifying thresholds of 60% (90 marks) for general candidates, 55% (82 marks) for SC/ST/OBC/OEC candidates, and 50% (75 marks) for PH candidates. Check the official notice for the applicable category and eligibility details.

The official KTET portal provides category syllabus and model-question navigation. It now lists the June 2025 session under results. Use the notice and portal for the applicable session: later KTET cycles have separate schedules, so the June 2025 dates should not be reused as current application dates.
