Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan released the KTET April 2024 hall ticket on June 10, 2024, according to Hindustan Times. That release is historical, not a new announcement. Candidates looking for the 2024 card should use the April 2024 session links on the official KTET portal; the current portal also lists a separate, later September 2026 session.
How to download the KTET April 2024 hall ticket
The steps below apply to the April 2024 session. Hindustan Times reported that candidates needed their application number, application ID and examination category to retrieve the card.
- Go to the official KTET portal.
- Choose the candidate login or hall-ticket link specifically for KTET April 2024. The portal lists separate links for different sessions, so do not use another session’s login.
- Enter the requested application number, application ID and examination category.
- Submit the details, check the displayed hall ticket and download or print it for your records.
The April 2024 application window closed on May 2, and the examination was scheduled for June 22–23, 2024, according to the contemporaneous Hindustan Times report.
If you have forgotten your application number
The official portal provides a separate “Forgot Application Number” route for April 2024. Open that option from the KTET portal and select the correct session. The recovery page asks for your name (at least three letters), date of birth in dd/mm/yyyy format and mobile number, then lets you search for the application number.

Check each item against your application and read the instructions before travelling to the centre.
If a detail is wrong or the login or recovery route does not work, use the contact information currently published by Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan or the KTET portal. The numbers in the 2024 news report do not fully match the public-inquiry number shown on the official contact page, so confirm the current contact details there rather than relying on an old number: Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan.

Do not confuse the 2024 card with the current KTET cycle
The official notification page reviewed on October 8, 2026, is headed “KTET September 2026 Notification.” It lists applications from September 23 to October 3, 2026, a final printout date of October 3, admit-card downloads beginning November 4, 2026, and examinations on November 14 and 15, 2026. These dates belong to the September 2026 cycle, not the April 2024 hall ticket. Check the official KTET notification page for the applicable session schedule.
KTET is Kerala’s teacher-eligibility examination for candidates seeking to teach Lower Primary, Upper Primary and High School classes, as described by the official portal. The portal relates the examination to the Right to Education Act, 2009 and the quality requirements for teacher recruitment.
