Which JSSC answer key and deadline did the May 20 notice cover?
Scroll.in reported on May 20, 2024, that candidates could view a provisional answer key and submit objections through the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) website that day. The exam identified in that notice was the Jharkhand Primary School Trained Assistant Acharya Combined Competitive Examination (JPSCTAACCE) 2023, also referred to as JPSTAACCE. The relevant examination was held on April 27, 2024. Scroll.in’s May 20 announcement is a historical report, not a current invitation to object.
The article reported 26,001 vacancies in the recruitment drive. That figure is Scroll.in’s reported figure, not independently verified current vacancy information.
How did candidates access the key and submit an objection?
Scroll.in’s report directed candidates to the JSSC website, jssc.nic.in, and described these steps for the May 2024 window:

- Select the link for challenges or objections.
- Log in using the required credentials.
- Check and download the provisional answer key.
- Submit an objection, if needed, through the portal.
The report does not establish the precise cutoff time, any fee, required evidence format, or other detailed portal rules. It links to an official JSSC notification, but the notification’s full contents could not be verified here; those details should not be inferred from the summary.
How does the May deadline differ from later JPSTAACCE answer-key windows?
JSSC recruitment reporting covered several exam and answer-key phases. A later date belongs to its own phase and should not be treated as an extension of the May 20 deadline without evidence.

Because the May 2024 objection window has passed, candidates should identify the specific exam date or paper before relying on any answer-key notice. For a later phase, use the matching JSSC notice and its stated dates rather than applying the May deadline or assuming that a previous portal link remains active. The dated reports above describe past windows; they do not establish a currently open objection period.
