When did registration close?
Scroll’s July 15 report gave August 10, 2024, as the initial application deadline. A later Scroll report said JSSC extended registration through August 17, 2024. It reported August 20, 2024, as the examination-fee deadline and August 25–27, 2024, as the correction window. Who was generally eligible, and what was the reported fee?
The July 2024 report described general eligibility as an intermediate (10+2) qualification and an age range of 18–35 as of August 1, 2023, with upper-age relaxations for reserved categories. These are general details from the news report, not a substitute for the official advertisement; post-specific requirements may differ. The same report listed an examination fee of ₹100, or ₹50 for SC/ST candidates. Those were historical application charges, not current fees.

Is there a current application link?
No active application link is established by the available reports. Because the stated registration period ended in August 2024, do not treat a link in an old announcement as an open application form. For any later examination, result or recruitment update, check the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission’s official notices and recruitment pages before acting. A JSSC-branded portal result for the Jharkhand Municipal Service Combined Competitive Examination-2023 concerns a different exam and should not be confused with JIS(CKHT)CCE-2023. The later stage of this recruitment is not verified by the cited reports.
