What happened to the VAS exam date?
JKPSC’s 28 December 2024 notice postponed the written test for Veterinary Assistant Surgeon posts in the Animal Husbandry and Sheep Husbandry departments. It had been scheduled for 29 December 2024; the revised date was 12 January 2025. The revised date supersedes the date reported when Scroll covered the admit-card release on 23 December 2024.
How to check for the admit card on JKPSC’s website
JKPSC’s general account guidance describes these steps. They are not confirmation that the VAS 2024 card remains available.
- Go to the official JKPSC website and sign in using your JKPSC user ID and password.
- Open the Admit Card menu and select Get Admit Card.
- If the VAS admit-card option is available in your account, open it and print the card for your records.
If the VAS option is not listed, the reviewed sources do not establish a current direct download endpoint. Use JKPSC’s official website for any available updates rather than relying on an old third-party link.
