Jio-bp reportedly raised petrol by ₹5 per litre and diesel by ₹3 per litre from 6 a.m. on 11 October 2026. The reports give examples for Haryana and Punjab, not a complete city-wise list, and the company had not confirmed the change in the cited coverage. Check the price shown for your specific Jio-bp station before budgeting or refuelling.
What changed on 11 October 2026?
Financial Express and LiveMint reported that Jio-bp increased petrol by ₹5 per litre and diesel by ₹3 per litre, effective from 6 a.m. on 11 October 2026. Financial Express attributed the report to a person familiar with the development and fuel retailers; LiveMint cited four people familiar with it, including pump dealers. Both outlets said they had not received a response from the company by publication time. Treat the increase as reported, not as a publicly confirmed company announcement.

LiveMint reported the Haryana and Punjab examples. Financial Express also reported increases of the same amounts in Rajasthan but did not provide a full city-by-city rate list. Pump prices can differ by location because of local taxes, so a state example should not be applied to every city or station.

How to check today’s Jio-bp price at a station
- Open the Jio-bp mobility-station locator.
- Search for your city or select the station you plan to visit.
- Check the fuel price and the station’s displayed update time before relying on the rate.
The locator’s indexed sample prices carry a 2022 update date, so do not treat those examples as current. Use the selected station’s own displayed information and its update time.
Why other published fuel-price tables may not match
The Petroleum Planning & Analysis Cell (PPAC) publishes retail-price information for Indian Oil, BPCL and HPCL. Those series concern public-sector oil retailers; they do not establish Jio-bp’s prices. Even for a comparison between retailers, match the fuel type, retailer, location and date or time checked. A PSU retailer’s price is not a substitute for a Jio-bp station rate.
