That is a third-party estimate, not a wage Ipswich Town has publicly confirmed. The figure also does not establish how much Ipswich paid during his loan spell.
What was Jens Cajuste’s reported weekly wage?
SalaryLeaks’ 2025-26 Ipswich Town Player Salaries table listed Cajuste at £30,000 per week, alongside £1.6 million per year. The page was last updated on June 17, 2026, and presents the figures as estimates.
No official Ipswich Town disclosure in the available sources verifies that amount. The estimate should not be described as Cajuste’s confirmed salary or as the amount Ipswich itself paid. The source does not establish whether its figure is gross base pay or another measure of compensation.
What was his connection to Ipswich’s return announcement?
The “return to Portman Road” refers to Ipswich’s announcement on August 7, 2025, that Cajuste had rejoined from Napoli on a season-long loan. Ipswich’s official announcement was titled “JENS CAJUSTE RETURNS”.

That followed his first Ipswich loan spell in 2024–25. BBC Sport reported that he made 30 Premier League appearances and started 25 matches for the club that season. Those playing statistics provide context for his return, but they do not confirm his wage.

No. The estimate does not resolve how Cajuste’s loan costs were divided between Ipswich and Napoli, or whether bonuses or other compensation were included. The Football Association’s 2025–26 transaction record categorizes the move as an international loan-in; it contains no salary figure.

Other salary websites surfaced inconsistent figures or club assignments, so their listings do not independently corroborate SalaryLeaks’ estimate. Capology says its salary figures are estimates rather than official figures. Without a club or player disclosure, the exact contract wage, loan salary allocation and bonus structure remain unverified.
