Which recruitment and posts did the notice cover?
Advertisement HSFC:01:RMT:2024 was listed by the Human Space Flight Centre (HSFC), an ISRO centre in Bengaluru. The official listing names these posts:
- Medical Officer-SD/SC
- Scientist/Engineer-SC
- Technical Assistant and Scientific Assistant
- Technician-B and Draughtsman-B
- Assistant (Rajbhasha)
ISRO recorded September 18, 2024, as the advertisement date and October 9, 2024, as the application deadline. The original notice describes HSFC as ISRO’s lead centre for human-spaceflight activities, with work that includes bioastronautics, human space sciences and space habitat systems.
Is the January 2, 2025 exam date still upcoming?
No. Scroll’s report, published December 18, 2024, said the CBT for Scientist/Engineer-SC, Technical/Scientific Assistant, Technician/Draughtsman-B and Assistant (Rajbhasha) was scheduled for January 2, 2025. That is a historical date, not a current exam announcement. The report also cited 103 vacancies; the official page excerpts reviewed do not independently confirm that figure.

How were screened-in candidates meant to receive a hall ticket?
The original official notice states: “Hall tickets / Call letters for written test / skill test for those screened–in will be sent by e-mail only.” It also advises candidates to check their email regularly, including spam and junk folders, and to visit the HSFC website from time to time.
Scroll’s December 2024 account described going to hsfc.gov.in, choosing the admit-card link, entering login details, downloading the hall ticket and printing it. That was the report’s description at the time; currently available official information does not confirm that the candidate-specific endpoint remains active. Do not treat an old download link as a current service or assume a fresh admit card is available.
Where should candidates check now?
- Open the official HSFC recruitment page and look for updates associated with HSFC:01:RMT:2024 or the post you applied for.
- Check the registered email account, including spam and junk folders, for an HSFC/ISRO message. The original notice says hall tickets or call letters for screened-in candidates would be emailed.
- For the recruitment record and later selection updates, consult ISRO’s HSFC recruitment page. ISRO’s page records that interview call letters for shortlisted Medical Officer-SC candidates would be sent to their registered email address.
Which update matters depends on the post group and stage of selection. The January 2025 CBT information applied to the four groups named above; Medical Officer-SC interview information is a separate selection update.
How can candidates avoid fake admit-card links?
The official notice warns candidates to use only HSFC/ISRO’s official website and beware of fake websites and social-media content posted by touts. Start from the official HSFC or ISRO recruitment pages rather than relying on a search result, forwarded message or old third-party download link. Do not share login credentials on a page unless its official status is clear.

What the available official information does not confirm
The sources reviewed do not verify that the 2024 candidate-specific admit-card endpoint remains usable today, nor do they identify a current CBT admit-card release. For an old recruitment cycle, rely on dated official updates and messages sent to the registered email rather than assuming the 2024 link or exam schedule is still live.
