The 2023 Chrysler 300C can look like a bargain compared with its original $55,000 U.S. MSRP, but that is a conditional judgment—not a guarantee that any used example is underpriced. Chrysler’s final 300C pairs a 485-horsepower V8 with performance hardware, and current listings include asking prices below its launch MSRP. A specific car’s mileage, condition, history and fees matter more than its limited-production status.
Why the final 300C is different
Chrysler announced the 300C as a final-edition version of its 300 sedan, with a naturally aspirated 6.4-liter (392-cubic-inch) HEMI V8 rated at 485 horsepower and 475 lb-ft of torque. Stellantis reported manufacturer performance figures of 4.3 seconds from 0 to 60 mph and a 12.4-second quarter-mile; these are the company’s claims, not independent test results. Performance equipment and cabin features
The announced equipment includes red four-piston Brembo brakes, a 3.09 limited-slip differential, active damping suspension and active exhaust. It also includes 20-by-9-inch forged wheels, black Laguna leather, carbon-fiber accents and a 19-speaker Harman Kardon audio system. Confirm the equipment on the individual car through its build information and records; listings and modifications may not tell the full story.
How exclusive was it?
Chrysler announced an allocation of 2,000 cars for the United States and 200 for Canada. Stellantis later said reservations filled in 12 hours and reported that the final 300C rolled off the line in December 2023. These figures establish limited production, not a future resale premium. What does a 2023 Chrysler 300C cost used?
Chrysler’s announced U.S. MSRP was $55,000. That is the original suggested retail price, not today’s market value or an all-in transaction price. Recent marketplace figures offer context, but they mix asking prices and individual examples rather than measuring a typical completed-sale price.

The listings below the original MSRP support a cautious value case for a buyer who wants this particular V8 sedan and its equipment. They do not prove that a given 300C is a bargain: asking prices are not sale prices, and an unusually low-mileage auction car is not a like-for-like measure for a higher-mileage listing. These figures also do not establish a controlled market valuation or a comparison with rival performance sedans.

How to judge whether a specific car is worth the asking price
Compare the car you are considering with genuinely similar examples and calculate the full purchase cost, not just the advertised price. Use a pre-purchase inspection and the vehicle’s documentation to understand what you are buying.
- Mileage and condition: Compare mileage and inspect the body, interior, tires and brakes. Wear or deferred maintenance can outweigh a small difference in asking price.
- Title, accident and service history: Review the title and history report, then ask for service records. A clean listing description is not a substitute for documentation.
- Modifications and equipment: Check whether the car remains in its original configuration and verify the 300C’s equipment through build information and records.
- Location and fees: Compare local availability and include dealer fees, taxes, transport and other costs in the out-the-door figure.
- Comparable transactions: Keep asking prices separate from completed sales. A single auction result can inform a comparison, but cannot establish the usual value for all 300Cs.
Does exclusivity make it a collectible investment?
Limited production and a final-edition badge may appeal to enthusiasts, but they do not guarantee appreciation. The available figures show a few listings and one auction result, not a long-term price trend or verified national transaction series. Treat the 300C as a used-car purchase whose future value is uncertain, rather than paying extra on the assumption that scarcity will produce a return.
