Yes. Condé Nast announced on November 4, 2025, that Teen Vogue was joining Vogue.com, while saying it would remain a distinct editorial property with its own identity and mission. The company later reported that the integration was successful. A separate new restructuring has not been confirmed by the official sources cited here.

What changed at Teen Vogue

Condé Nast announced the integration on November 4, 2025, as part of a broader effort to expand the Vogue ecosystem and create a more unified reader experience. Teen Vogue joined Vogue.com; the announcement did not say the title would cease to exist as a distinct editorial property.

Condé Nast said Chloe Malle, Vogue U.S. Head of Editorial Content, would oversee Teen Vogue. It also said Teen Vogue editor-in-chief Versha Sharma would leave the company. The announcement does not specify what happened to other individual roles, how newsroom workflows changed, or whether publishing cadence or coverage mix shifted. Read Condé Nast’s announcement.

What Condé Nast reported afterward

In a February 27, 2026 memo, Condé Nast CEO Roger Lynch wrote: “Teen Vogue has successfully integrated into the Vogue ecosystem and, in January, was ahead of its audience target.” That is the company’s own characterization. The memo does not disclose the target, the measured audience figures, or how the comparison was calculated. Read Lynch’s memo.

What remains unconfirmed

The headline “Teen Vogue may be in for some changes” appeared in a May 22, 2026 TechBloat article. Its suggestions about future staffing, editorial coverage, platform, or commercial changes are possibilities, not confirmed company plans. The official announcement and subsequent memo establish the Vogue.com integration and Condé Nast’s reported progress; they do not establish a second, separate restructuring. Read the TechBloat article.

Condé Nast stated that Teen Vogue would retain its own identity and mission. That describes the publisher’s intention; it does not by itself establish how readers will experience the brand over time. The official materials do not detail the newsroom’s current staffing, day-to-day workflow, publishing schedule, or balance of political, cultural, fashion, and service coverage.

How to read Teen Vogue audience figures

Condé Nast Advertising published historical reach figures for Teen Vogue. They are not current 2026 audience measurements and should not be mistaken for the undisclosed January target mentioned in Lynch’s memo.

Figure Period and measurement notes
5.1 million monthly digital uniques Full-year 2024 monthly average; Condé Nast Advertising attributes the figure to Comscore Multi-Platform in the United States (Desktop 2+ and Total Mobile 13+).
17 million social followers As of December 31, 2024; Condé Nast’s count includes Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
31.3 million monthly video views Full-year 2024 monthly average; Condé Nast lists Adobe, YouTube Analytics, DFP, partner data, and platform analytics among its sources.

These are figures from Condé Nast Advertising’s Teen Vogue page. Their dates and measurement descriptions matter: they do not verify the company’s later audience-target claim or show what the integration changed.
