The company says customers can transact or receive payment in Naira, Cedis, Bitcoin, or stablecoins. These are company descriptions from the 2026 site. Which services, currencies, and countries apply to your account should be confirmed in the live app before you rely on them.
Where the “best” claim comes from
The “Africa’s Leading Digital Asset Marketplace” wording and the statement that Prestmit serves more than one million customers both appear on the company’s own homepage. Neither is attributed to an outside party, and neither has a published date or measurement method.

Buying crypto on Prestmit
Prestmit’s FAQ says crypto purchases are not available in the app. The homepage describes converting crypto to cash, which is a different direction of trade. Larger crypto trades are routed to the OTC desk, which has a stated minimum of $3,000.

The OTC desk
The business page lists these assets for OTC trades: BTC, USDT, ETH, DOGE, LTC, Solana, USDC, and BCH. Other assets are available on request. The company says settlement follows blockchain confirmation. That means the time you wait depends on confirmations on the network you send from. The page does not state a fixed settlement time.
What app-store and Trustpilot ratings show
Three public review profiles give different readings of user experience. Each one is a separate platform with its own users and rating method, so the figures should not be averaged.
