Current U.S. availability has not been established by the available evidence. A June 18, 2025 company-supplied announcement said MavinEx had entered the U.S. market and that U.S. users could trade USDT, USDC, and other digital assets. It also described U.S. stock trading as “coming soon.” Those statements document what the company announced—not independent confirmation that the service was operating, that those products were accessible to U.S. customers, or that the stock feature launched.
What did MavinEx announce about entering the U.S.?
Globe PR Wire issued a company-supplied release on June 18, 2025, syndicated by Barchart. It said MavinEx (MEX) had entered the U.S. market, identified an office in San Jose, and said U.S. users could trade USDT, USDC, and other digital assets. The release described U.S. stock trading as a future offering. Read the Barchart-syndicated announcement.
The release is evidence that the announcement was made, but it does not independently establish that the San Jose office operated, that the listed assets were available to U.S. customers, or that stock trading subsequently launched. As of the evidence available here, current U.S. availability remains unknown.
How should you interpret the figures in the release?
The announcement also made claims about the platform’s scale and performance. These are figures attributed to the company in its 2025 release, not independently verified measurements:

The available sources do not provide independent substantiation or an audit for these claims. In particular, a stated user count or trading volume does not by itself confirm that U.S. customers can open accounts, trade, or withdraw funds today.
Does an MSB registration mean MavinEx is a U.S.-licensed exchange?
No. A secondary review reports that it found an MSB registration attributed to MavinEx Ltd., while also describing conflicting information about the brand, entity, and address. That is the reviewer’s account of its checks; it is not direct confirmation from FinCEN, the SEC, or ASIC. The review also reports finding no ASIC or SEC directory listing for MavinEx. FinCEN explains the requirements for money services businesses in its MSB registration guidance. Registration should not be treated as government approval of a business or as proof that it is authorized to offer every financial product. The FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center makes the distinction explicit: “However, the inclusion of a business on the MSB Registrant Search web page is not a recommendation, certification of legitimacy, or endorsement of the business by any government agency.” The FBI IC3 alert was published April 25, 2024.
Therefore, a reported MSB registration does not establish that MavinEx is a “U.S.-licensed exchange,” nor does it prove authorization to offer securities, derivatives, or a particular digital-asset service. The available information does not settle the licensing or authorization status of the entity and services described in the announcement.

What should you verify before considering the service?
The announcement and secondary review leave important practical questions unanswered. Before relying on the market-entry claim, check the specific entity and product you would use rather than assuming the announcement applies to your state or account.
- Legal entity and records: Identify the exact company named in the customer agreement and compare it with relevant regulator records. A brand name or reported MSB registration is not a substitute for checking which entity provides which service.
- Availability where you live: Confirm directly whether account opening and each intended product are available to residents of your state. The 2025 announcement does not establish present-day state-by-state access.
- Custody and withdrawals: Read the terms governing control of assets, withdrawal limits, fees, and any circumstances in which withdrawals can be delayed or restricted.
- Metrics: Look for independently verifiable evidence before relying on the release’s user, volume, or IEO-return claims.
- Contact and location details: Check whether the company’s address and customer-support channels are consistent across its own materials and the relevant registration records.
Is a similarly named warning-list entry connected?
The Bank of Russia warning list includes “Mavinexchangeltd,” associates it with different domains, and says it detected signs of illegal professional securities-market activity. The available evidence does not establish that this is the same entity as MavinEx or marketmavin.com. Treat the names as unlinked unless reliable records demonstrate a connection; do not transfer that warning to MavinEx as though identity were confirmed. See the Bank of Russia entry.
