MAGACOIN FINANCE’s Terms of Use, dated June 4, 2025, describe the service as a digital platform for the presale of MAGAFINANCE coins. The terms warn that the coin’s value is highly volatile and that the project depends on presale success. They do not promise a successful launch or a particular result. The terms state: “Cryptocurrency investment holds a higher risk level,” and say that “MAGACOIN FINANCE does not guarantee any specific outcomes or the successful launch of the project.”
These are the issuer’s own disclosures, not independent confirmation of the project’s legitimacy, progress, or prospects. They establish that buyers were being offered a speculative presale, not that the presale or a later token launch was independently validated.
What does the HashEx audit record establish?
HashEx’s manual audit page records a request date of March 16, 2025, and completion on March 19, 2025. It names two Ethereum contracts: MagaToken at 0x808B888092400BB8BA84eee4D74492AE9bE7649A and MagaSale at 0x87152A700A40f55Ec5113Fb8a42eA8c53D8f3140.

Those counts describe the findings recorded for the named contracts and the scope of that audit. They are not a certification that the overall investment is safe, that the project’s claims are true, that the token will launch successfully, or that investors will be able to sell.
Why do the two HashEx pages show different token addresses?
A separate HashEx automated-analysis page titled for MAGACOIN FINANCE (MAGAFINANCE) identifies the token at 0x4fd6b7af49597ad1103bba25694de772ee44db7e. That is not the MagaToken address shown on the manual audit page.

The available information does not explain whether the two addresses are connected through a migration, upgrade, or another arrangement. As a result, do not assume that the manual audit covered the address on the automated-analysis page. The project would need to explain the relationship, and any explanation should be checked against the relevant contract records.
Do the reported audit findings mean MAGACOIN FINANCE is safe?
No. A contract audit is a bounded technical review of specified code and addresses; it cannot, by itself, establish the safety of an investment or validate every claim about a project. On October 9, 2025, a GlobeNewswire release attributed to MAGACOIN FINANCE presented the HashEx result as a broad safety confirmation and discussed a further CertiK review. That release was distributed on behalf of the project, so it is not independent confirmation of a wider safety claim. No CertiK report was verified in the available material.
Are the rug-pull and SEC-warning claims confirmed?
ScamHoundCrypto’s investigation page, updated February 28, 2026, alleges that MAGACOIN FINANCE rug-pulled, disappeared, and drained liquidity. It also asserts that the SEC issued a warning. These are serious allegations, but that page alone does not establish them as adjudicated facts.

A targeted search for SEC material naming MAGACOIN FINANCE or MAGAFINANCE returned no matching result. That does not prove that no notice exists; it means an SEC warning should not be stated as fact without a direct official record. The available material also did not establish a primary transaction trace or a court or law-enforcement record confirming theft. Accordingly, claims that the team stole funds, that all investors lost money, or that the SEC formally warned about the project are not substantiated here.

How should a reader assess the evidence?
Separate the evidence by what it can actually establish:
- For the offer and its stated risks: the June 4, 2025 Terms of Use are the issuer’s disclosure. They are useful for understanding what the project said about volatility and launch uncertainty, not for independently verifying the project.
- For audit scope and findings: use HashEx’s own manual audit record and match its findings to the exact contract addresses it names. Do not extend that audit to a different address without evidence connecting them.
- For token activity or liquidity claims: a dated automated page or third-party account is not, on its own, a complete transaction trace. A claim of drained liquidity or stolen funds needs supporting primary records.
- For regulatory or legal claims: look for a direct regulator, court, or law-enforcement record naming the project. A third-party assertion or issuer-distributed announcement is not a substitute.
- For growth claims: require a defined metric, time period, and verifiable data. None of the figures needed to substantiate the “fastest-growing” label is established here.
