Yes. Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) pays a regular quarterly dividend on its common stock. Its latest declared payment is $0.1425 per share, payable October 16, 2026, to shareholders of record September 17, 2026. Four payments at that rate would equal $0.57 per share over a year, but that annualized figure is not guaranteed. HPE’s dividend history and its Q3 FY2026 earnings release report the declaration.

What is HPE’s dividend?

HPE’s latest declared common-stock dividend is $0.1425 per share, paid quarterly. The company’s dividend history lists that amount for its March, June and September 2026 declarations. The September declaration has an ex-dividend date of September 16, a record date of September 17 and a payment date of October 16, 2026. The Q3 FY2026 earnings release says the payment is due on or about October 16.

Earlier 2025 entries in HPE’s history show quarterly payments of $0.13 per share, compared with $0.1425 in the 2026 entries. The official dividend history is the place to check subsequent declarations and dates.

How much is the annualized dividend?

At the latest declared quarterly rate, four payments would total $0.57 per share over a year ($0.1425 × 4). This is an annualization based on the current quarterly declaration, not a promise that HPE will make four future payments at that amount. Future dividends are decided by the Board.

What is HPE’s dividend yield?

Dividend yield is the annualized dividend per share divided by the share price. Using the current declared rate, the calculation would be $0.57 divided by HPE’s share price, with the price date stated alongside the result. Because the share price changes, the yield changes even if the dividend does not. The company materials cited here do not establish a contemporaneous share price, so they do not support a current percentage yield.

What do cash flow and payout figures show?

HPE reported $2.6 billion of year-to-date free cash flow and $568 million of year-to-date dividend payments through Q3 FY2026. Its Q3 presentation also gave full-year FY2026 free-cash-flow guidance of at least $3.75 billion. That last figure is management guidance, not a result already achieved. See the Q3 FY2026 earnings presentation.

These figures provide cash-flow context, but they do not establish a forward payout ratio or prove that future dividends are secure. A payout ratio needs a defined dividend measure and a matching earnings or cash-flow denominator for the same period. The reviewed materials do not establish a current earnings payout ratio; the cash-flow figures should not be presented as one.

What could put HPE’s dividend at risk?

Board discretion and financial conditions

HPE’s FY2025 Form 10-K says decisions about future common-stock dividends, including their timing and amount, are within the Board’s sole discretion. It identifies the company’s financial condition, earnings, capital requirements, debt-service obligations and restrictive debt covenants among the considerations that may affect those decisions. HPE also says its ability to pay depends on cash generated by operations and access to capital markets. The company cannot guarantee a common dividend in any future period. Preferred-stock condition

The same filing says that while specified preferred stock remains outstanding, HPE cannot declare or pay common dividends unless required accumulated preferred dividends have been paid or adequately provided for.

Business and execution risks

HPE’s investor-relations disclosures point to its FY2025 Form 10-K and later filings for risks that include competition, strategy execution, macroeconomic and geopolitical developments, supplier management, integration of Juniper, cost-reduction execution, regulation and litigation. These are risks identified by the company, not predictions that any particular event will occur. HPE’s annual reports page links to its filings.
