QNET says it operates in Ghana as an international direct-selling business, but that does not make it the same entity as the Ghana-registered company called Q-NET Investment Limited. Those are separate questions—and the distinction matters if you are checking an offer that uses the QNET name.
Does QNET operate in Ghana?
QNET says it has a training centre in East Legon, Accra, operated by its local partner, Bosomtwi Industries. In a briefing on April 14, 2025, the company described that centre as its only official address in Ghana. This is QNET’s own statement; locations and contact details can change, so verify them through the company’s current official channels before visiting or relying on an address. QNET’s Ghana business-model briefing was updated November 20, 2025.
What does QNET say its business model is?
Ghana News Agency reported on April 1, 2022, that QNET Sub-Saharan regional manager Biram Fall described a model in which customers can register as Independent Representatives (IRs), market products, and earn commissions on successful sales. That is an attributed description of the stated model; it does not establish what any particular representative earns or whether a specific offer follows that model. Ghana News Agency’s report also records Fall’s call for legislation to regulate direct selling, citing public misunderstanding and concerns about exploitation. It describes the debate in 2022, not Ghana’s current regulatory framework.
Fall told Ghana News Agency: “QNET is not an investment company, and it does not support any get-rich quick schemes. Rather it is an e-commerce based direct selling company”. That is Fall’s statement as reported by the agency, not an independent legal determination. Read the full report.

Is QNET the same as Q-NET Investment Limited?
QNET says no. In its account of a court matter, the company says an Accra High Court judgment dated July 20, 2022 concerned Q-NET Investment Limited, a Ghana-registered entity, and that QNET Ltd was not a party to the case. QNET describes the entity as unauthorized and unrelated to its international business. The judgment itself is not cited here, so these details should be understood as QNET’s account rather than an independently verified summary of the court’s findings. Does QNET offer jobs, travel, or visas in Ghana?
QNET said in its April 2025 Ghana briefing that it is not an employment, travel, or visa agency and does not promise jobs or visas. It warned that individuals misuse its name in false employment or travel offers. This is the company’s public guidance, not independent verification of every local allegation. Treat a job, travel, or visa offer using the QNET name as something to verify directly, rather than assuming it is genuine because it mentions the company or its products. See QNET’s briefing.

What is established about QNET’s legal status in Ghana?
The available sources do not establish whether QNET Ltd is currently licensed, authorized, or otherwise regulated in Ghana. QNET’s statements about its operations and a similarly named company do not settle that question. Nor does a regulator notice from another country.
The Mauritius Financial Services Commission issued a communiqué on March 27, 2025, stating that Qnet Ltd/QI Group and associated representatives or promoter groups had not been licensed or regulated by the FSC. The notice concerns Mauritius, not Ghana, so it cannot determine QNET Ltd’s legal status in Ghana. It also lists warning signs for investment offers, including unrealistic returns, pressure, referral commissions, opacity, and little physical presence. Read the FSC communiqué.

How to assess an offer using the QNET name
Whether an offer is described as direct selling, work, travel, or an investment, ask for its terms in writing and check what the payment is actually for. The following questions help distinguish a product-sales opportunity from a promise that may not match QNET’s stated model:
- What product or service would you receive, and what is its written price?
- What specific sales activity qualifies for commission, and how is that commission calculated?
- Are there upfront payments or ongoing costs? What are the refund terms?
- Is income tied to product sales, or does the offer emphasize recruiting other people?
- Does anyone promise a job, visa, travel arrangement, or guaranteed return?
- Can you confirm the person, offer, and contact details through current official channels rather than relying only on a message or document supplied by the promoter?
These are checks to apply to the offer in front of you, not claims about the terms of every QNET product or representative arrangement. The sources cited here do not provide independently verified typical earnings for Ghanaian representatives.
